Very nice!

I'm up to 465GB!

wow I have 126gbs. How many songs do you have I have 13,567. Do you have every song ever?

I mean I just have to much crap to even look through. It took me over 3 hours to make a iphone playlist of songs I actually want or listen to. I basically listen and like a artist and download their whole cd and don't listen to more than one song.

804.74 GB in the main library, plus another 223.54 GB of movies formatted for Ipod....

Music: 3235 Albums (53,866 tracks)
ATV2 Movies: 72
ATV2 TV Series: 51 Shows (14.3 Days playing time)
Ipod Movies/TV Episodes: 789

...and a wife whos happy that all the CDs & DVDs are now boxed up in the loft but generally gets a bit pissey when I sit at the computer encoding everything...

I hear ya; I guess she doesn't understand the joy in creating a digital version of your priceless music.

I absolutely love encoding music.

Just shy of 50 albums - all ALAC, though I'm missing a few that I don't own a physical copy of.

Mines 904GB overall, probably 800+ of that is movies/TV. I have a massive DVD collection that I've been shifting to iTunes.

itunes library

I have 48,689 songs at 323gbs...I also have 47 hd movies at 110 gbs and counting...I have 750 more hd movies to convert...my library will end up being about 3 tbs. I have a Mac Pro 8-Core with 16gbs of memory and 8 tbs of hard drive space with a 3tb time machine.

All right, who has the largest iTunes library?

I currently have 372GB...

Habitus :apple:

put it this way,

i have a 2TB hd, and i have about 550GB left on it...and that is probably 90% iTunes library(movies, apps, music, etc)... i've bought alot of HD movies on itunes and that means that you automatically get a 1-2GB SD version as well.. plus maybe .5-1GB in itunes extras for some

i have about 300/+ movies in my library...not including all of SD copies b/c itunes now stores movies in individual folders instead of misc. files

my music collection is probably around 150gb

i'll post the folder sizes when i get home

Dude, you must have like $300,000 worth of audio books. What the hell!

Wouldn't it be great if there were some sort of service or place on the net where we could swap, or share if you like, all our music and video collections? Wow that would be awesome.

Currently sitting at 2,126 items, 17.53GB, all but 5-10 albums bought from iTunes, the rest ripped from CD's. Also have another 14GB of MP3s ripped over a decade ago before iTunes ever came out. I don't add them to my iTunes library since a lot of my brother's music collection is mixed in with mine and his taste in music is 180 degrees from my own (for the most part). There's also some OGG encoded stuff mixed in with his.

exact same with me. I recently got a apple tv, and have been working at converting and adding metadata/subtitles to everything.. girlfriend hates it because she feels like I'm doing nothing haha

I haven't looked at the whole thread, anyone else over 100k audio files?
