Around 1TB total for movies, music, and TV shows. I just removed a little under 90gb's of movies yesterday when doing a bit of "spring cleaning" on my Mac.
i'm only at 600gbs and counting but every time i try to import itunes freaks out, its running super sluggish, anyone else have issues? its stored on a 3tb external 7200rpm through usb 3.0, 2.3 quadcore mac mini 16gigs ram osx 10.8.3
Where are the itunes library itl and xml files stored is it on your computer or the hard drive?
I followed iLounge's article and had no issues. Have a read.
Sorry, I think this is all pointless unless you paid for the stuff legally. I have under 3,000 songs ALAC all from ripped CDs at about 64GB and already it's full of fat I just "collect" and don't listen to.
Because if you paid $100,000 for all that the joke's on you.

I'm sitting at 16,568 songs which take up 85.74 GB. That should be growing at least 25% soon as I am making a push to rip the rest of the CDs I wish to keep.
I don't have much in the way of movies or TV shows.
