This is great. I can't wait to see the updates whatever they may be.

While we're all waiting.... Anyone else notice how the "We'll be back soon" page doesn't have the Apple logo in the address bar?

I know, I'm bored!

My sister ordered a Mac mini on Friday and is expecting delivery any day now as it's already shipped. What are her options for returning it?

She ordered it online through the UK Apple Store- do they have a 28 day no-quibble return policy if she should decide to try and send it back?

Thanks

It stinks that the guys mailing that out are just packaging it, laughing, and thinking, "She'll regret this."

2.26GHz Mac Pro?

So a price drop then?
I know. No i7?????? Really lame. I just started a job with an I T company that specialiZes in mac servers, workstations. Stunnend ( typing on iPhone = spelling) and just got out of bed. Excited about new job. But still? No i7. Unbelievable. Otherwise, I know what I'll be geting in a month, Lord willing, a mac pro. They have to release the i7. Otherwise way behind. Also, all these releases tie in with potential of jobs not coming back. Hope not true and that he comes back. He is face of Apple. Greatest pitchman alive, 2nd to me. LOL.

Why wouldn't there be i7s???? Surely not to keep users tied to expensive EEC server memory. But why in the world would there be no i7 new chips!!?

Anyone?:apple:

Peace

Can somebody go to the New York store (5th ave) and tell us what's going on?

All stores are down at the same time?

Something big is happening.

Either Apple will announce that they will go out of business, 'cause they've earned enough hard cash, or they want to "silently" put the mini EOL.

Savour these moments of anticipation chaps.

For we know not what awaits when the stores return

She'll either get the new one , OR if not you just ring Apple & explain that you would like to get the new one instead of the old and they will oblige , if they're being 'arse-y' then they will ask for a 10% restocking fee, but I doubt they will :) even if you pay the 10% it's worth it
