Prices are the same here. I like what I see. Will seriously look into selling my current iMac.

UK Prices are disgusting, differences between base and top are more ram, bigger HDD and 128MB more of Graphics....

And still no news if both displays work at once....

No quad core under £1,899.00 (UK)

Well, it looks like I'm going back to PCs, since Apple obviously doesn't care about desktop customers any more. The Dell XPS with 2.66Ghz Core i7 is £649 here. Apple have just lost a customer.

yeah, I just bought a 24-inch iMac last week for 1699 to replace my '07 model. The Al came out right after I bought the white one. Of course, a new one would come out right after I buy a an Al. It's going back if a new one is released with Nvidia. I'll eat the Amazon restocking fee.

I'm glad I got my 8-core 2.8GHz Mac Pro last year for £1600. £2499 just isn't funny.
 
Im sorry but the price of the new Mini is insane in the UK. £649??? for that spec?? Apple must be joking!

There is no way on earth its worth that. Looks like im sticking with my hackintosh!
 
New $A Mini prices are:

A$1,049 & A$1,399

So it's $350 for the extra 1GB RAM & 200GB of drive space... ouch!

At least the base model is a single 1GB stick, so it'll be easy to upgrade.

I just upgraded a mac mini to £819 in the UK with 4 GB ram and 2.26 GHz. Prices are f**king ridiculous. I was going to buy one of these even if prices stayed the same. not now
 
oh they tossed in options that were already avalible to the imac. thanks but giving a price cut isn't exactly what we wanted...
 
macmini max. 2.26GHz & 4GB & 256 GForce = 1029 Euros ? that's 1299 US$
