A good number of car people tend to drive non-boring vehicles with expensive tires. Even if they are engineering a boring quiet vehicle for the general public. Also, note that some of the largest exotic car dealerships in the country are in or near the area, and people drive these to work. So...That will be one of the employees leaving for the evening.

Quite possible.I have been thinking the same thing. But judging by the adoption rate of CarPlay into current cars, and Apple's seemingly inability to contract a deal, it might not be likely. Might as well build your own. Only time will tell.

I work in one of the buildings in this office park, right across from Apple, and I can tell you... the revving sounds are all of the folks that got huge signing bonuses to join the team, turned around and all bought BMW M4s to race through the parking garage and the street behind it. There are literally 10+ all with dealer plates in the garage as I write this.
Loud? If Apple made a car, it would a 100% for sure be Electric.
I am still not convinced they are working on a actual physical car but software for an autonomous car that they have to TEST on a real car.
