Latest iOS 16.2 Beta Lets You Disable Wallpaper and Notifications for Always On Display

Is it just me or is the "Show Notifications" implementation either bugged or downright stupid? If you disable this I would expect to see no notifications at all when the AOD is displayed when instead every time you receive a notification the screen lights up and you see a blank notifications place holder instead. So pointless I have to assume it is a bug in this first release.

AOD won't work with sleep focus.

I still really dont get this coming from android so its probably just perosnal preference and being used to an always on with a graphic.
