"Vanishing point" in photoshop solves that... and then using the measurement tool in vanishing point, even gives you the angle in degrees
So, yes, it IS centered!![]()
See, now this is good.

Aluminum? Wel, no MacBook for me then.![]()
ah, aluminum is the wrong way to go, apple!! the wifi reception sucks compared to plastic. my macbook gets way better reception than our macbook pro. and my 3G iphone gets way better reception that the original iphone . . . though maybe the cracks all over it are letting the reception seep in . . .
no aluminum, let's go with function over form. please!
You are correct.

I'm a fan of those sloped corners.
This is not the top cover of the MBA. On the MBA cover, "MacBook Air" is in black font. In these pics, "MacBook" is in grey.

If Aluminium is better for the environment then GOOD.
And it looks SO much better!
Lol, funny to see you made that in Vista![]()
Me?I've never owned a mac in my entire life! But I really need a new laptop, and it will probably be the new MacBook
Want to try something new. And I can still run windows on it if I want to.
Other than worse Wi-Fi reception, what is wrong with metal casings?
they ding and they bend enough to bruise the screen
Wrong. You suck at drawing lines. No offense.

The Macbook is not really off centre. It's the perspective.

For example, the telephone number they list isn't even legit.

Whys that? Apple said they are ditching ALL plastic by the end of 2008 to make room for aluminum and glass. Much more eco friendly AKA "Green"
Look at the iMac. The 2007 revision is the best looking one they ever made. Got rid of the plastic white. Times are changing. Apple is to. (How many of you were complaning when apple ditched the rainbow logo?) I just dont understand why people arte getting so worked up over a logo that they dont know if its off centered or what or that its no longer in plastic. I'm sure apple wants to create consistency here not have a ton of different models with different cases and looks. Cuts down on production costs and they need to make one certain case. The Macbook air and the macbook are prety much the same, they fit in to the everyday user category. Hence will share a imler case. The pro may see something a bit diferent because its aimed at pro users. I wouldnt be surprised if the pro will look a bit like a mobile imac.
