Just request a new one, you have a lifetime guarantee. I dropped my phone recently and I got such bruises on the case. I wrote an email to Bullstrap, attached a photo and next day they sent a new case
Interesting, I submitted claim using their online form, did you have to send your other case back? I’m from Canada so I’m not sure if the same policies apply, I couldn’t find on their website anything about international warranty claims :/

Here is the link.
They never requested to return the damaged case so there were no problems with my claim at all. Really happy how they reacted. I am enjoying my new case - the patina process already started

Wow they got back to me fast and said I should be notified when they send out a new one… okay this return policy alone is worth the asking price!

Well I'm about to upgrade from the 12 to the 14 pro. I haven't really followed this thread since the time I got the 12 and couldn't find a leather case that was acceptable. Did Apple improve the 13 cases? Seems a lot of people are happy with the Andar cases?

Do I need to send my invoice along with the pics?

10 months and ready for new iPhone and case. Hope they would bring back saddle brown this year.

Not sure if it's the lighting in that photo where they're out of the box, but the apple logo looks more pronounced on the 14 cases.

Yeah I noticed that too. I'm kind of excited about these (but I know I'll probably be let down...)

Ok, this may be a stupid question but did the Apple Leather 13 cases age as poorly as the 12's did? I'm going to upgrade from the 12 to the 14 pro and don't want to throw another $50 away on a case if it isn't any good.

Apple leather cases for 13 are exactly the same as for 12

Trying to decide on the following cases, Nomad, Bullstrap, or Andar. All 3 appear to be good cases. I really like the camel color (which Nomad doesn't offer). I have an iPhone 12 pro and tend to prefer slimmer cases. Anything I'm missing here? TIA

Here is how I see it:

Nomad

+ Price
+ Good reputation
- Only dark brown or black

Bullstrap

+ Color
+ Good reviews
- Bottom lip open
- Price
- No magsafe
- Logo

Andar

+ Color
- Bottom Lip open
- Logo
I think Ryan of London has a better looking case than all of those. Worth a look.
