So I had put an order for Ryan London on Monday. I never got any shipping email or tracking or nothing telling me it’s been shipped. I was shocked when I opened my mailbox, super fast shipping to California. But here it is. I think I’m the only one on here that got a Ryan London pouch lol. Inside seems like it’s a wool felt material. I like the thick slab of leather; feels very good in hand. Also got the apple ink case from eBay. Ink is so much better looking in person.

I was expecting the same thing since everyone has seen delays in shipping confirmations from the uk. Maybe because I ordered a pouch it was shipped much faster or pouches ship out from a different location but I never got any shipping email or any updates whatsoever; I was expecting it until thanksgiving or December tbh. It was delivered thru usps. I hope you and everyone gets their cases asap.

The tracking is wonky for sure. Mine delivered at exactly one week which seems to be the norm.

Yeah it’s seems to be a bit delayed as of recently. I ordered an AirPod case and it’s stuck at customs since nov 7th kind of concerning at this point

Customs is a weird thing. They seem to just randomly hold some packages longer but I have no idea why.

Hopefully not! Good thing his product is good cause his customer service is also horrible. He won’t get back to you unless it’s inquiring about making a purchase.

That's bad. What about if you want to return the case/there is a fault with the case.
He’ll ghost you. I love my new black leather RL case, but I was concerned cause I was getting black smudges on my hands. I emailed to ask about it and he never got back to me. I emailed him 3 times and I was super nice every time. I wasn’t asking for a refund or exchange or anything like that. I was just wondering what was up. The problem stopped but it’s a little concerning and makes me hesitant to buy the saddle brown from him. My wife emailed him as a test to see if he would respond to a regular question about the colors of cases and he responded within an hour lol. 🤦🏻‍♂️👎🏼

I am from London and his shop is close to where I live, although I have never visited it personally. I understand he is a small business, but ignoring customer concerns/issues isn't the way to go. You are in fact losing customers as I am reluctant now to purchase an AirPods Pro case from him incase I don't like it and I want to send it back.

Same experience that I have mentioned. I too was ghosted after wanting an exchange. The company is actually breaking Uk consumer law. I would really avoid buying anything from RyanLondon. Awful service.

Interesting to hear of RL customer service.

They replied quickly when I wanted to return mine and refunded within an hour of me receiving notification it was delivered back to them
