Does using the MagSafe phone mounts leave any sort of stains or marks on the leather cases? I have the Andar on my 14 pro max but remember reading somewhere that the MagSafe devices sometimes causes creases or marks on the leather itself.

Anyone have any experience with the Bandwerk cases? I have the band for my Apple Watch and like it and notice they have a nice selection of Iphone cases. Granted they are pricey but I don't mind shelling out extra bucks for a case if I really like it.

I’ve never seen this brand in person. But my experience with Nappa and Saffiano leathers is that they don’t develop patina. I think on the hard edges of the 12,13,14 phones it would likely scuff off the coating on the edges and turn black leaving while the the back would remain virtually new. Much like the Apple, Mujjo, and Lonli cases do now. For the price they are asking I think there are better options. But again, it’s just my opinion.

The power button's not as tactile as the Apple leather cases, but that's my only complaint. The case feels great to the touch, and the smell is proper. The camera ring seems like metal; it's hard to tell, but it is cool to the touch.

Bullstrap managed to send me the correct case this time. Yay.

Smells great, feels like how I remember the 13 Pro case felt when new, MagSafe magnets seem stronger than on the 13 Pro case. I still can’t believe it took them over 2 months to get it right but I’m satisfied enough to put this whole thing to bed. Let the patina process begin!

Coming along nicely after 6 weeks daily use. For reference, the area next to the camera array is basically unchanged from the original color of the case.

I already got my second sienna bullstrap under warranty. I just emailed them and asked if I could get my second one to have it on hand as a backup and they okayed it and mailed it out!

What’s stopping folks from abusing the warranty and bullstrap not honoring any sort of warranty claims without proof of requesting the old one back.

Kind of like Costco and their wonderful return policy.

They probably do it cos they buy in the cases for only a few dollars from China, stamp them up and sell them at 1000% profit.

It’s affordable and makes them look good.

just got my 14PM Midnight leather case from ebay, and its got a surprising amount of grain!

more than most (maybe all?) 12 pro leather cases I had, and more than the slippery Umbar I returned around launch for a red silicone

user, black is usually the easiest color to find for cheaper a few months after release imo maybe being the most common

I think Ink tends to more purple-blue and Midnight to black-blue, from what I have seen in person and in the other case thread.

+1 my husband has the ink on his space black and I have the midnight on my silver. The midnight has a very dark blue undertone. It’s beautiful. The ink looks just like it says.. reminds me of ballpoint pen ink color. Blue/purple hue. It’s gorgeous too. Almost got that one myself but I like a more universal color to match all my iPhone wallpapers
