Leather Cases - Patina Proud Photos

I really liked this case but ended up selling it and getting a Horween Rustic Brown one.

I received my very first Andar Aspen iPhone case for the 14 Pro today.
First impressions:
- Leather quality is a step up from Apple’s
- Overall fit and design of the case is a bit thicker than Apple’s
- Buttons are not as good as Apple’s
- It is slippery haha!
- Black camera ring does make the whole look a little bit off
I should be receiving my first Bullstrap tomorrow for comparison, looking forward to it!
First impressions:

Just received the Bullstrap in Sienna & Dune for the 14 Pro.
First impressions:
WOW.
- leather smells amazing
- leather feels really good in the hand, slightly textured, and firm
- fit & buttons are as good or even better than Apple’s leather case
- color is amazing, can’t wait for it to patina
- the open buttom makes it easier to swipe
Cons:
- Pricey (worth it in my opinion - lifetime warranty and the quality speaks for itself)
- not a protective case
- shipping overseas via DHL is $100 which is ridiculous
I will be enjoying the journey for sure with the Sienna!

Agreed! However, the Sienna for the 14 Pro is more orange/red while the Sienna on my APP 2nd Gen case is slightly lighter cooler. I thought there wouldn’t be a color variation.
The Ocean color is very tempting.

I’m very tempted with the Ocean, but apparently it leans more towards green-ish.
YMW Crazy Horse Leather with magnet in blue. Using it since March 28. I like the patina a lot, the feel is great, but the buttons are stiff.
Also, I am not too happy that the pain gets off due the MagSafe. My charger is blue now and the paint is kind of… faded. Overall I am happy.

Looks like you put it on a wet mount or something. Never seen a ring like that. Love the color though.
I’m really enjoying how the patina is turning out on this. Way better than the Andar and it looks really beautiful. It’s only been 3 weeks but I love it.
I did remove some of the oily wax that was on it but only with a wet paper towel and after that, I usually wipe it down with another wet paper towel after the gym.
The MagSafe ring is visible but I don’t mind.
No lotions or any sort of conditioner. Just my wet hands and or sweaty hands from the gym.

Mine is looking very similar, had it on my phone since launch.

That looks nice! Do you have any of the other Andar colors? I’m curious if the leather is more on the softer side like the black and dark brown, or more slippery and thin like the camel tan 🤔
