My Bullstrap case protects the camera on my 15 pro just fine. As well as any other case I've had including Apple. The only compromise with Bullstrap is the bottom cut out which has pros and cons.
Do you own a Bullstrap case? What phone do you have it on?
Dropped my Ryan London yesterday while using my phone as a flashlight in an electrical panel.. Sparks and holding the phone at the same time, not a good combo. Fell about 5-6feet onto concrete. Big gash in the corner of the case, no damage to my phone.
Happy it protected my phone, not happy about my case. It was on the way to a sick patina.

Dont you think that a phone case is going to patina much quicker than anything else? Nobody is tightly gripping their leather shoes all day.
I have never had a leather phone case with no visible patina after a month.
I like the Andar Aspen and Ryan London so far out of all the cases I’ve tried but none of them match the weight/thinness of the Apple leather case overall unfortunately. I upgraded from a 13 to a 15 and I’m genuinely considering selling my 15 and getting a 14 and an Umber Apple leather case and holding onto that for a few years.

You are considering selling a newly purchased $1000+ phone and downgrading because the available leather cases weigh 6 grams more?

Aaaaaactually, I bought a $800 phone that I could sell to then buy a $700 phone (and save money) that is virtually identical to the iPhone 15 in every day use and then use a case I know I already like for several years before upgrading again.

Do you have a Pro or non-Pro version? I think the titanium frame would make up the difference in weight between the cases. I think my 15Pro+Keyway leather feels lighter than my 13Pro+Apple Leather case did.

The 15 is 3 grams lighter, so not much. But it means the overall weight is 2-3 grams more, which is completely impossible for him to even feel in his hand.
Yeah there’s really not a replacement that has the same thinness and weight as the apple leather case with decent quality leather. The best I’ve found so far is the Keyway but it’s slightly thicker and weighs about 6 grams more than the apple leather case. The leather is significantly better than what apple used on the 12-14 cases though. The Andar was the thickest/heaviest of the leather cases I’ve tried for the 15pro. You have the bare skin case that’s only 5 grams heavier but they haven’t released it for the standard 15 as of yet. I haven’t gotten mine yet so can’t comment on thinness.
I will say, I do agree the Andar and Ryan London cases have way higher quality leather than the Apple case, and they smell incredible. I’d sacrifice the leather quality for an a leather case for the 15 series from Apple though. Darn you, Tim Apple. Darn you.
First world problem for sure. Can't imagine swapping my phone because the case is 1mm too big and weighs 3 grams too much. Thats like divorcing your wife because you don't like the top shes wearing and then marrying her sister because she has a top on that you like.
