For those who have bought from @Bare Cases what has your experience been like I’ve been trying to contact them both on here and their customer service. I understand this a very busy time of the year, but we are now going on day 3 and no reply smh

I don’t think they check message here that often. The fastest replies I have gotten were Facebook messages. Typically within an hour.

I really like the Andar EXCEPT for the buttons. The beveled edges were a little sharp and it looks like compared to to the RL, the RL look wider (which I like). Everything else was great with the Andar. The fit is nice and tight. The leather feels and smells great.

I contacted them about the buttons here via DM and by email. I got a response after a couple days on both.
 
Hello. Anyone else experienced loose case on bottom edges with Ryan London leather case? It seems as it is slightly to large for my phone. Phone can be simply flipped out of case on bottom edges on a case i have had 1 day. I expect this will even further stretch. I believe it probably should be more tight fit?

I have leather case closed bottom for iphone 15 pro max.

Nope, doesn’t sound right… my RL cases, even the open bottom one, are both tight and secure.

Does anyone have a leather case in grey and can post a picture showing the patina? I am not sure which patina to expect from grey leather. Thanks

i can chime in and say that i contacted them twice and the time to reply was several days. i also sent a DM here and never got a reply, they only ever responded to my emails and it took 3-4 days. on top of long shipping time

that being said when they did finally get around to reply they were polite and responsive

about 3 weeks into using the case i do like it a lot, but can't recommend their customer service
