Anyone here try the nomad AirPods pro case?
I've been debating it. I need a case that keeps the case functional like original and doesn't slide off. I'm trying to complete my all black aesthetic

How long did you have the max for? How did you switch to the regular pro? Been thinking of doing the same, just looking to see what makes the most $ sense.

I just ended up swapping with a family member who had a pro. Found the Pro Max to be inconvenient when using it one handed.

Yes I use the case! It’s great. Not too thick and it stays on without any issue. I think the TPU band that runs across it helps keep the top of the case on. I had a Bullstrap one that would come off very easily.

Just discovered this thread, right up my street!
I’ve got a Nomad Horween case on my 11Pro, I’ll upload photos soon. Here is my green apple leather case with umber wallet on my 14Pro. I’ve also recently got an umber case for it and the patina is starting to slowly appear at the edges. I’ve also got a Nomad black Horween case on for my 14Pro but the patina just doesn’t show on the black.

I hesitate between buying an apple umber leather wallet or a finewoven wallet in pacific blue.
Could you tell how is your umber wallet aging ?

As bad as the last Apple leather cases were, they're still miles ahead of the FineWoven cases IMO. I would however strongly recommend one of the alternatives from Andar, Bullstrap, Wilken, Keyway etc over either of the two you are considering.

I’ll get some just checked the buttons as well and they’re all in line and clicky.

Maybe the different colours are from different suppliers as looking closer the black one has a different leather texture to the brown and the blue…

Any chance of pics, trying to see how they look before i order.

Apologies for the delay, here are some pictures. It’s very lightweight and adds minimal overall size increase to the in hand feel. The only negative is that if you are using a screen protector there isn’t much lip that extends above the screen compared to others.

However for the price, I’m genuinely impressed.

The texture of that one looks so much nicer than my blue ones did.

I have a black one sitting at work for me to open tomorrow. They sent me it for free after the issues I had with blue ones.

Bullstrap just dropped a non-leather case which is interesting. There is still supposed to be a full leather case coming soon as well. Ehhh after looking at it they probably should just stick to leather : )

I agree lol. Took me by surprise that it has no leather, not what I was expecting & not interested. Def looking forward to their closed bottom case or any new colors.

Got a couple bullstrap wallets in yesterday. The flamingo and the slate. Please tell me the bullstrap cases themselves have better MagSafe than these wallets

Just grabbed the Andar Aspen in Black for my iPhone 15 pro… I already had the Camel Tan, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to “break it in” faster as far as grip? It feels great when my hands are sweaty but it’s cold here now and when my hands are cold and dry this thing is SLICK! Any help would be appreciated! I tried alcohol on an Aspen for my 13PM and it kinda ruined the black leather tbh.

Leather conditioner is your friend. Alcohol dries stuff out so not sure what you were expecting there.

Having said that, I’m on day three with my latest Bullstrap and while it’s still on the slippery side I’ve definitely noticed an improvement. Using leather is a game of patience.
