Which color Andar Aspen pairs best with desert titanium? I was eyeing stone gray and moss, possibly brown also. Navy would be cool too but I have a green iPad case and would want something for my phone that wouldn’t clash.
I got black and its not bad

This looks interesting for any budding photographers out there.

One month in with the Bullstrap case, and I’m really pleased overall. I love the open bottom, the soft leather, and the buttons. I was a bit surprised by how quickly the patina has developed; the top half is maintaining a nice two-tone effect, while the bottom has taken on more character.

It looks almost identical to the Ryan London case to me, which are awesome.
It is! The Andar cases are amazing. The button covers look similar as well as the patina. Cost-wise, of all leather cases reviewed in this thread, which brand leather cases is the best?

WOW this 3rd party one has the integrated camera control button and camera protector? 🤯 This will outrun the RL and Nomad/Andar!

Anyone here who wants to sell their Luckycoin case in black for the iPhone 15 Pro? 😬 is unfortunately no longer available 🫤

I've reached out to them requesting a saddle brown version of this, they're passing my feedback to the team. Probably nothing will come of it, but worth a try.

that's annoying
Just was contacted by Ryan London. I’m a bit disappointed with their customer service as they basically said I should continue to wait even though it’s clearly been lost in transit. Also, I know they’re based in London but I got the vibe that the person contacting me’s first language was not English.

When was it dispatched? Is it trackable?

Thing is, they'll have to wait until a certain time has elapsed, depending on which service was used to be able to claim a lost package (and get confirmation as lost) from the courier.

It’s been 15 days now since it was dispatched. It is trackable. USPS has been saying it’s “In Transit To Next Facility. Arriving Late.” For a week now. This has happened to me before and the package was lost.

I understand they need to wait but they’re customer service left a bit to be desired.

Ah right so it would have left the UK via Royal Mail so I think the claim would need to start with them?

Says it's be 8-15 business days on RL's website so I suspect once the 15 business days has elapsed, they'll resolve for you

Yeah, Royal Mail only allow claims after a certain time, it's not the fault of RL.

Depending on where you are, it can take over 20 days to even arrive in your country from the UK depending on who Royal Mail passed the delivery onto, and the route it is taking as well as numerous customs delays etc.

I order quite a few things from Europe and amazed how fast the shipping is from really good companies. A lot of times I get things faster than when I order something within the US. 20 days or more is unacceptable and have never experienced that.

If it does take that long, imagine how long their return process would be too.

Yeah I know but if RL state 8-15 business days, I'm sure they themselves will action once this time has elapsed, regardless.

Anyone see this on the full case on Ryan London?

"Please note that we will not be replacing the cutout version iPhone case with the upcoming camera button version. "

Does this mean a button version is forthcoming? :D
