Me too. It was at my local post office this morning but said it bounced back to the San Diego distribution center. What the heck. If it shows up at my local one again I work next door to it I might pop in there and just pick it up.
My Bullstrap Terra Contemporary finally arrived today. Looks good! Not sure I like the camera control cutout (I think I like the big cutout on my Andar more) but I don't use the CC button very much anyway. Will need a few days for some oils to work in and smooth it out, but that's always the case. Looks and smells great!

I initially ordered this color but had them switch it to black. This is fire tho! I might pick up this color as well after seeing yours

Anyone have pics of the patina on a medium brown shade in this case? I just got one but can't seem to find pics of that. Here's a pic of my new case and I will update it when the new models come out. From my memory, it seems very close to the old apple Saddle Brown color
It has tonal metal buttons with a really nice looking texture, and the camera surround is a color-matched (not contrasting) plastic ring. I also got one with good cutouts, the speaker holes are right on and the USB hole is maybe 5% off centre, but it's not nearly enough that I would ever notice or mind. Buttons are very clicky and it's a snug fit on the phone.
The leather seems porous, in the sense that I expect it will develop a good patina. It does not have the smooth/coated texture that the recent Apple leather cases have had. Right now it feels soft and grippy, like a very dense suede

Crappy iPad pics..took a chance on the Luckycoin sale and boy oh boy am I happy I did. Love this case.
Found out my cases are next door at the post office… I literally called the post office to see if I could come in on my 15 minute break and pick it up 😂 go figure I wait 2.5 months but knowing it’s next door I can’t wait one more measly day 😂 my desperation is showing 😂
That’s what I’m hearing. Leather feels amazing. Fit is spot on gray buttons. Checks all the boxes.
We still need pics of your RL.
I have both and I have to say, LC is really good, but RL leather is just that touch softer and quality.
I’ll have to snap some. I have to say this LC case has ridiculous leather feel and I prefer the tone of brown also. I’ll rock this over my RL saddle brown which even shocks me. I do have a black RL coming Monday tho. Couldn’t help it.
My LC felt just like the BS cases, a bit drier. To me the colors were almost identical. The RL is just a slight bit richer to me. For me, you can tell the price difference.

I’ve used RL for years since they started making iPhone cases I love them. I hear ya! Each case and “batch” of leather is unique. I’ll never ever use or try bullstrap again ever. Their quality just isn’t there. It’s all subjective but this Luckycoin case is my favorite thus far. Not to mention Luckycoin cases have this rich deep color to them that is unmatched and all the photos and comments point to Luckycoin having elite patina.

I am just saying, I have all 3. Bullstrap and Luckycoin feel exactly the same when new. The black RL was the smoothest out of the box and the RL saddle brown is next. The saddle brown is a bit more dry feeling than the black. The LC and Bullstrap in the sienna color feel exactly the same. The color is way better on the LC. Based on some reviews here, they do patina pretty well, but I am not seeing a vast difference from RL. Bullstrap for sure falls short of both of those.
There is a VAST difference in price between LC and ANY other case. BS and RL for me are very similar. I do prefer RL. I’ve owned all 3 and this LC case for me is superior. Leather quality, leather feel, leather rich, deep color. It’s Luckycoin then everyone else. The difference is massive and all reviews comments echo that. It’s all subjective.
Yes very subjective. Your experience isn’t mine. For the price, Luckycoin is an amazing buy. I can’t notice much of a color difference in the Luckycoin and RL in color. Nearly identical, and that shows in the picture I posted several days ago. I believe the reviews here all state the price of the Luckycoin is what makes it so good. And I agree, it makes it a great case. There is just no distinct winner. They are all pretty close, and it’s just what you like better. I prefer RL because I can personalize it. Plus the feel out of the box is unmatched to me.
