Got it. No work to show, no credibility. And now relying on insults.

And still avoiding my question on owning an iPhone X.
A) where have I said im freelance or self employed, where I have access to a server, b) i could show you any pics of food, doesn't mean a thing..

C) I have a s9 which if you believe the hype is an Inferior screen to the X , and think that it looks lovely. What's your point again?

Got it. You don't own an iPhone X and have zero direct experience with it or the display. Yet you accuse me of bias. That's a real hoot!

As a photographer I make photographs with it everyday and have reported my assessment of the color issue, which other photographers have corroborated.

Then you resort to two rounds of juvenile personal insults rather than discuss the merits of the display.

I asked too see your work and you have none to show (mine is super easy to find).

I've yet to see any photographer, painter, sculptor, writer, and even photo retoucher, etc that is not able to show work.

People who have no work to show are all talk. That, bolstered with you needing to engage in personal insults to counter my claim, and not owning an iPhone X pretty much says it all.

You have abosultley nothing to contribute on the matter and no credibility. You can be safely ignored.

Nope. I addressed your points one by one. You have yet to address your original assertions, because rather than owning an iPhone X and having direct knowledge of the color issue, you instead post juvenile insults.

Not brilliant.

And yet you still carry on replying, look pal, here's the deal. I spend all day tidying up pics that sh#t photographers have taken thinking they are awesome because rhey have some decent kit. When in reality they have no idea about composing a decent shot, staging a good lighting setting. In the music industry they had a saying, fix it in the mix!!!! Where whatever crap came out of the singer's mouth, was made so much after the producer had had a play. This is exactly the same. Crap pic, doesn't matter, the Photoshop geek will fix it.. and that's what I do, all day, every day. Do I take my work home with me, he'll no.. do i somehow have a web link to every the file, psd or eps file that I work on. It doesnt work like that. If you knew anything thing about what happens after you have taken a picture you would realise that. Files are kept on a locked server, linked to illustrator or InDesign files, then sent to printers to make a mess of!! Every now and again they make a decent job. Check out any ferrero sub brands for my latest projects.
Now do us a favour, stop bothering me, continue to think of yourself as an artist .. taking crap pics made even worse with naff filters, while the rest of us actually make a living out of our skills.. good night.

Whew... And not a word about the iPhone X color issue! A bunch of jibber-jabber instead. I guess in your mind that beats hands-on direct experience from an experienced photographer. What's really funny was your raising the issue of my bias in your first post. Yet you have zero experience with the phone and go on about how good the display is. And ultimately resort to personal insults. If that's not bias, I don't know what is.

My work is easy to find. No, my everyday "kit," when not working on a specific project, isn't a fancy camera. It's an iPhone. And who said it was "amazing?" Not me.

Again, where is your personal assessment of the iPhone X OLED display, from direct hands-on experience? Or do you speak from bias and resort to personal insults when you have nothing to offer?

Apple BETTER make sure we can’t see the difference between the LG and Samsung screens.
I’d feel cheated getting the 6’5inch OLED version, mainly for that amazing iPhone X quality screen, only to end up with something that looks “worse” than the LCDs Apple has used in previous iPhones.

Please Apple, don’t let LG drop the ball on this one. Apple wouldn’t allow that right?.....right....?

Please leave me alone, this is stalking now.. I don't want to block you, but I will if i have to...

I wouldn’t worry Apple wouldn’t do it if the difference wasn’t small

Well Apple shouldn't have done business if they got screwed, Apple let it happen because they needed to rush the X to the market
They didn't rush the X it was years in the making.

Big difference between a phone and a tv. The Pixel and LG were both using LG displays and had the worst displays out of all the flagships

They have the tech, and Apple financing their efforts.

Soon Samsung will be left behind by Apples own microled displays.

Samsung makes good-quality displays, so why does it matter?
They use that money for R&D of the galaxy line, Apples biggest competitor.

What a shame because Samsung has amazing displays as a fan will admit to that
They do, but they are not the only ones!

Let's be honest.
Are apple going to use some of panels because.

1. Samsung can't supply enough screens
2. Of are better quality, and apple is all about quality.
3 lg are cheaper and apple are using this to try to make Samsung think if they don't lower their price apple will use lg totally.

It's industry standard to 2nd source your key components to avoid production and product delays.

Apple are known for squeezing their component suppliers for lowest cost or free.

Fact is Samsung is several years ahead as current LG OLED displays are repeating issues from like 2012 such as dark blotches.

You do realize... LG owns in the OLED department and their TVs are perfect example. ::facepalm::

Actually, Samsung OLED panels are better but they decided to drop out of the TV market purely for cost reason and went with Quantum Dot (micro LED) since it's more cost competive with LCD while offering most of the benefits of OLED.
