Lightning USB Cable in Store?

For those living in the DC area - I just got 3 at Pentagon City. They had TONS! I was there just before 9pm on Friday night.
You don't realize how many you need until you don't have them: In my car, connected to my iMac, bedroom for charging, laptop bag, etc. Seriously, Apple is making so much money off of me from my upgrade to the iPhone 5!

The cables are in stock at the little Stanford Mall store in Palo Alto. No adapters there either though.
Walked into Tices Corner Apple Store (Woodcliff Lake NJ) around 7pm tonight, they were keeping the cables behind the Genius Bar, and I got one without issue.
If you dont see them on the shelf, just ask.
Part of me is wondering if the reason they haven't got the adaptors in stock is that they are planning on giving away a bunch of the initial stock to people who bought online and were promised an adaptor, a give away like the bumpers with the 4.
Seems weird that they would not have stock at launch
My local Apple store had none of the lightening cables or adapters in stock today. Stinks cause I only have the one cord that it came with for now. Don't know why Apple could not have made these available in sufficient amount for launch day.
AHh WHat a pain you are. Why did you get this phone? I thought you were so sure the new iPhone will not have a new doc or this design. How many times you call Apple or AT&T this time?

Boca Raton Apple Store Has Cables
Just got back from Apple Store Boca Raton Town Center. They have tons of cables and adapters in stock.
Also stopped by the Ghost Armor stand the wrap the back and sides of the phone.

For those who has lots of stock in there local apple store, buy a hand full and sell it on eBay because I need an extra cable for my office. Haha I will check my local apple store but it was something I was thinking about. I think I would do the same.
I can confirm that as of early afternoon Saturday, they still had a ton at Pentagon City.
Just ordered 2 in Stonebriar Mall Frisco TX for store pickup. It showed in stock. Waiting for pickup ready e-mail.

That's why I jumped on Apple.com the day the iPhone 5 was announced and bought 4 of those cables. I envisioned exactly this kind of post...
I did exactly the same thing. I had plenty of chargers just needing new cables. While the price of the cables are ridiculous, they are better than the adapters.
