Just a quick n' dirty mock-up before bed:
It's just a minor case update:
- Black keys
- Magnetic latch (A very crappily rendered one I might add)
- IR sight moved to be in line with the Optical drive (like the mac mini)
- larger multi-touch track pad
Well, here's hoping for a new MBP tomorrow.

I like it having the new keyboard design but I really hope the keyboard isn't black on a silver computer. It'd look like a *gulp* Dell.

Waiting. Will sort of be my first Apple. I had bought a G4 Cube several years back, never found a use for it, stored it in a closet for several years and gave it to a friend a few months ago. So I'm not going to count that.

I have the feeling that the MBP with include a tapered design somewhere around the edges, Apple are always after continuity throughout its lines, maybe that glossy look from the MBA also.
Yeah so do I. Can't stand it to see a black keyboard on a silver anodized MBP. Too ugly and the MBP will lose its sense of 'PRO' in its name.
However, I think Apple will change the
logo with the word 'command' as they do with the rest of Apple keyboard.
Argh, the Belgian store is still online.

I know what you mean, I personally don't see this update coming this week or next. But I will hold my breath, for another two hours or so, I hope I make it.

The day after Leopard update with reference to new MBP.
When penryns are shipping in other manufactures machines.
The day the Store went down.
It surely could mean only one thing....
