You can download all content to watch offline, is that new, can you do that with your Directv HBO authorized content on the Roku? Other than that and that the Apple TV plus will be brought to the Mac in the Fall, I don't see anything new.

Offline content will likely only work on mobile devices which you can already do with Netflix.
