Making the Mac good for the consumer doesn't make it any worse for the professional. Was anyone expecting pro stuff this time?

You've got to hand it to Steve and Apple-they never sit still; always innovating and pushing the bubble. Everyone else is still trying to catch up with the iPad.

This is a business machine for people who travel and need e-mail and MS Office.

Core 2 Duo is still FAR overpowered for that kind of work. I love how people are like "What!? It's only 10x faster than it needs to be instead of 100x? I won't buy it!"

Not for our Mac users. Our business Mac users are power users and use there laptops for everything. In cost containment no company is going to buy a second laptop just to travel for. Companies aren't throwing away money anymore.

I was all gung ho about these until the 2GB ram came out...WTF Apple? They would be perfect with 4GB.
