Yeah it won't be for sale anymore, they have to make iCloud a selling point now so they are going to cut off the biggest capacity model and stiff iPod Touch users with 64GB.

I am worse off. I am still stuck with an iphone 3g (its not cracked) but should I wait until the next model or just get the 4s UGH.

The only people who get confused are the same idiots who call the first iPhone the 2G because it's 2G networking but in the same breath call the iPhone 4 the 4G because it's the fourth generation.

The iPhone 4, coming after the 3GS was because it was the fourth generation iPhone. The iPhone 4S is the fifth generation iPhone, that's the facts of the matter.

Yeah but how many really important cool features are left to put in a phone? I mean 3D screen is cool but is it really necessary or game changing? Is SD card slot that important? NFC simplifies things but you can still pay for your coffee without it.

Siri is not an Apple sounding name at all.

And the new iTunes store app highlights now say things like "Our jaws hit the floor when we saw ______. Yours will too."

"We loved this great game."

Honestly I don't care what you think and I don't want you telling me what I'll think.

The era of Jobs is definitely over.

Yeah, I agree. I prefer the better capability (faster processor) and better software over a re design. Of course i like the iphone 4 design so it's easier for me not to care. But honestly, looks of phone should not be the deciding factor anyways!

I do agree here. I'm not sure why they didn't release this in June (especially cause this may mean that I'm going to have to wait til next October to decide if I want the newest iPhone or just go with the 4s. Judging on rumors, I may actually not want the 2012 all things depending. LIke for example if it is 4G connectivity and I lose my unlimited it may be worth it for me to just get a 4S instead).
 
Well, no longer upset that AT&T didn't bump up my upgrade eligibility...
 
I am disappointed as well. At 43, I was hoping for a larger screen. Unfortunately, the home button on my iPhone 4 is acting up. Genius Bar says its normal (if you say so). My upgrade is not until 11/25/2011, so unless AT&T changes that, no sale until then.

I'm mad because I didn't buy Applecare since I planned to upgrade. No that my home button is giving me trouble, I wish I had.
