Was legitimately ready to buy this thing, and I don't even need a new laptop, until I realized there is no headphone jack.

Does that trackpad have the click feel or only pillow like feeling with vibration feedback?

Sooo... what do I do when I'm doing file transfers to an external, and my battery life is dying?

Pray to apple that the battery lasts long enough.

I'd be less upset about the design if they at least had a separate power port so you can use other things while it is charging. Hopefully someone designs an accessory that acts as a hub so you can get actual ports plus a charger.

I think I just saw a headphone jack.

Edit: I can't believe I'm that excited they didn't remove something

Got ride of MagSafe. Very shortsighted.

You can't have everything. The idea is that there is finally a do-it-all USB 3.1 Type C port out there, so why not exploit it for all it's worth. It's like 1998 all over again when Apple dropped all the other ports in favor of USB.

No headphone jack is a major letdown. That would be the only reason I'd skip this one. I hope they don't do that for their Pro notebooks.

There's no headphone jack? I thought I saw one on screen.

If the trackpad is made of glass, shouldn't it be able to get Touch ID integrated? Or must it be sapphire and need the stainless steel ring?
