3. Customer side repair and upgradeability

Also for it to have a thermal profile that won't fry itself.

As a "pro" consumer, this laptop isn't geared for you. that's what the PRO lineup is SUPPOSED to be... no I'd argue that the PRO lineup doesn't meet those either... but that's a completely different thread.
