LOL $350...certainly won't be buying that. Must be why they are not launching it in Canada...up here that would be like a $500 speaker by the time exchange and tax are added. Also their design is a huge failure, must have been designed in a dust free facility and they forgot that all that mesh is going to be a complete nightmare to keep clean

Don't underestimate the ability of Apple fans to spend money on useless things. Seriously $299 for....

I nailed the price for the "homepod" (what an awful name)..lol But wow, i can't see any reason to buy this when i have an iphone and speakers already. Amazon's was an easier purchase because it's hardly a cost and offers some amazon integration. I already have apple siri on too many devices already.

People are using Amazon devices to control their whole homes, and at $39, you can put an echo dot in every room if you want. HomePod will hurt SONOS, but isn't going to displace Amazon's lead in the smart speaker space. I wonder if a HomePod Express / HomePod Mini is in the works?

That is what is so odd to me. It is like Apple wants to tackle the home, but this is just a speaker with Siri. 3rd party is what makes echo and google home so good.

New MacBook Pro with function keys, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD = $1899. Now we're talking.

MBP with Touch Bar same configuration = $2399. No way.

Who would want this for $350 when you can get a few echo dots and a nice pair of speakers for well under that price?

uh.....so... a "nice" pair for you is $200? Not for me. Maybe twice that....for speakers alone. I'll reserve judgement till I actually hear the sound of HomePods. They wisely focused on sound quality in the presentation.

WWDC 2017, they say it every time but this one was really huge, blowed my mind.

window.server on metal 2, new file system

this is so killer, can't wait for this fast, butter smooth OS.

high sierra fully baked !!!

Apple is going strong in the right direction.

All I wanted was an upgraded MacBook Air with retina display... they don't even try anymore, going to jump ship. And lol iMac Pro starts at $4,999, the only thing Apple does these days is introducing higher price points
