I literally could not care less if the Touch doesn't have a camera. Almost every cell phone on the market has a video camera, if I need a video camera I'm carrying one with me all the time and with 16GB of memory. I'm more likely to be carrying a cell phone than an iPod and if the reverse is true for you, get an iPhone.

I just wanted the Touch to be finally given the capacity to make it a contender for a portable music library. Radio would have been a nice audio addition but I can't remember the last local radio station I listened to.

Ha, I went from 80kb/s down to 64b/s (no, I didn't forget the 'k') back up to around 7kb/s now...this is going to take forever....

Mine died and then failed to mount of course. Now I started a new one and I'm back up to 160KB/s

It doesn't even matter that much. iTunes is perfectly responsive even on my old iMac G5.

Because a huge segment of users buy this for working out at the gym. At the gym there are TVs with radio stations you can tune into to listen. Adding FM to this makes perfect sense.

I am glad someone said this, I was just about to mention this myself.
