Yeah Tim Cook was big on this in the past news... He probably made a big internal push to find all the leakers and lock everything down... Very few leaks this year.
Well, when you throw enough money at a problem and start firing people like crazy, it tends to shut people up. The problem I see in the long-run, however, is an authoritarian tone pressing on the morale of the employees and making them feel as though they work in a hostile environment. That is not a good way to foster employee growth and development and could eventually backfire in other ways if they're too heavy handed.

What type of boring video do you guys think we'll have to sit through for the first five minutes of the keynote this year? My money is on kids coding.

My money is kids using an iPP to take notes in class while explaining how it's the ideal platform for education. As if the only possible educational use for a computer is note taking and light-duty content consumption.

As usual..

They will upgrade the cpu in mac and flaunt

"The fastest macbook pro yet"

They will upgrade RAM and CPU in iPhone and flaunt

"The most powerful iPhone yet"

They compare their latest products with last year's product and use superlative terms.

Get ready to be fooled again!

Not as excited about iOS this year to be honest. I’ll be happy if a dark mode , or at least a toggle in settings, but yet again with another year gone I just can’t see it happening. Would love an overhaul of notifications. How much of an overhaul I’m not sure , but grouping them together would be a start. Just shocking that this isn’t already the case. Also being an X user I’d love a better way of getting to control centre. This pulling down from the top is horrendous & don’t get me started on not seeing if DND is on unless you pull down. Just barmy !

If I’m honest I’m looking forward to what Watch OS5 is going to offer.

Very few leaks?

We know virtually the entire A12-based iPhone and A12X-based iPad lineup already. The 2019 iPhone is expected to have three rear cameras for 3D.

Kuo and Digitimes predicts the launch of a low-cost MacBook Air (or Air replacement).

We know about the MicroLED manufacturing facility in Santa Clara.

Is the only way to watch the conference on Apple TV to 'cast' it (from a Mac I suppose) to the ATV via airplay?

I started the WWDC app and expected a big banner for the livestream front and center, but there was nothing at all.

You need to download the Apple Events app on the Apple TV to watch the livestream

I really hope Timmy keeps this DEVELOPER conference apolitical but ... wouldn’t be surprised if it isn’t

Also, actually great job on containing leaks. All we know is when Craig said internally iOS 12 would focus on refinement more than features

We’ll see soon if that was real or a misleading leak to underwhelm and over deliver

It boggles my mind Apple doesn't seem concerned or care that the notification system in iOS is severely lacking, and just pure garbage. But sales are still huge for the iPhone, so I guess I am in the very low .001% that does care.

I agree with you. But look at their profits in the smartphone market. What boggles my mind is with all the shortcomings in iOS and the phone hardware, so many people rush out to buy the new phones. As long as they're selling, Apple has no incentive to improve.

I believe everything has leaked as normal. But we'll see soon enough and this is one time I really hope I'm proven very wrong.

Or as usual, they'll update neither of those products for WWDC... :p

Agreed. With sales still #1 top dog for the iPhone, there's no financial reasons to make changes. Even though I think these changes are absolutely needed, I am in the small minority. Plus I'm a stock Android lover, so my opinion doesn't count to them.

AirPods with Charging and Air Power are the only hardware I expect. And I expect they will be available to buy today or within a month

Virtually zero.

Kuo says low chance of SE2 this year. Gurman has been silent. The rest of the SE2 rumors come from low-credibility sources.

I know what will be presented...it was leaked. Sources says that apple members will say “thank you, thank you,” “amazing,” “innovative,” and etc...

well these are perfect words to describe a darker trashcan icon! No need for new products! We're bless!
I've installed Weathertech all season floor liners under my chair so that my tears won't run my wood floors.
