Okay, I've thought about how my new setup might look like.

I liked 2017 iPhone keynote, but this is number 2
Do you mean “2007 iPhone keynote”? That has got to be the best Stevenote ever (and that wasn't even at WWDC), tied with the original 1984 Mac keynote and the infamous “It's true” 2005 Intel switch keynote.

But yeah, this one ranks pretty high. It's probably the best of the Tim Cook era, I believe. Not even the Apple Watch launch, all with its crazy focus on fashion, was this exciting for the average techie. Even if you're not on the market for a new “cheese grater 2.0” Mac Pro, or if you can't afford it, it's great that it exists at all, as competition is healthy.

Watching Apple's professional market wither away and jump ship to Windows had to be the saddest, worst thing for the entire industry, and as expensive as these new products are, they will definitely stem that flow and stimulate competition. Mark my words.

Also, can't we all take a little moment to appreciate how this Mac Pro is the most internally expandable machine Apple ever built since the Macintosh Quadra 900 series, all the way back in 1991-92? It doesn't have as many RAM slots (12 vs. 16), but it does indeed top it when it comes to internal card expansion and connections. This is a freaking beast.

You can't possibly know this. It could be DOJ or WWDC. I tend to agree though. WWDC drop will probably come tomorrow.
I do know that.

The stock was up and dropped in a straight line when the news came out, creating the downturn.

AMZN is down 5.5%
GOOGL is down 6%

Both are down on antitrust news. Or do you think those are WWDC related too?

Markets don't move huge companies like AAPL down bc they released a $999 Mac display stand.
