I called Apple and was able to change my billing and shipping information and I have AT&T. I got confirmation via email as well. And the order status reflects the change. How did I do this and you couldn't?

Here's an odd thing: the email on my Apple ID is gmail. My registered email with AT&T is gmail. The credit card registered in Apple Pay is gmail. I used Apple Pay to make the purchase.
The result? My email confirmation from both AT&T AND Apple were both sent to my iCloud email. No problem with that, just strange.

I called Apple and they def changed everything including Shipping and Billing. Got confirmation of it as well. ATT customer here.
Bought a T-Mobile iPhone 6s for use on AT&T.
I researched band 30 and my area probably won't have it for over a year as we get everything last minute and LTE seems plenty fast now...
Not gonna go through the hassle of getting another one. I'll just get the iPhone 7 with it if need be.

I'm sorry to be late to the party on this if already been explained. But what is band 30? And will all new iPhones and all Carriers have access to this?
AT&T would be using LTE band 30. Probably, not available in all areas as of now.
This is my first iPhone ever so I'm extra excited. The 25th needs to hurry up and get here lol
Well you should really be excited. I was android for years and switched when the 4 came out and haven't went back since.
The next 12 days are going to be torture lol I'm really looking forward to trying out an iPhone
I preordered a Verizon 6s Plus 64 GB from Best Buy for in-store pickup on 9/25 as well. I did use a 10% movers coupon as since I paid full price. I'm hoping it won't get cancelled or something...
Thats funny I switched from android to iPhone during the iPhone 4S. It seems like the 4 model was where a lot of people switched over.
This is my first "S" model as I usually rotate between the newest iPhone and a newest android flagship each year.
Went 6+ last year and will never go back to android again. Such a good phone and does every single thing I need it to do for me.
Throw in a better camera,faster processor and 2gb and I had to go for my first S series.

Rose Gold is the popular color and sold out for the 6S+ in all GB versions. Seems the 6S version may have had more in stock or was not as popular since they didn't upgrade the resolution, battery or add OIS. But, my teenage daughter says none of the kids at her school want the Plus size, so you did just fine
I thought they did upgrade the resolution on the 6s.
No, unfortunately it is the same as the 6...1334-by-750-pixel resolution at 326 ppi
The 6s+ is...1920-by-1080-pixel resolution at 401 ppi
I pre-ordered 6s+ when it opened using the app and paid with apple pay. I today sold the ip6 that I used to pre-order. I later recived a text message from my bank saying that the device account (of the ip6) for apple pay has been cancelled. Does this mean apple will not be able to charge me for the phone before shipping and will end up cancelling the order?
I will in the morning, FAQ says payment method cannot be changed without cancelling/re-ordering.

You will still be charged and recieve your iPhone. You can sleep happy. Just because you payed Apple pay and sold your iPhone, your credit card/debit card will still be charged. Apple knows what you used to pay and will use that when it ships.
Many people have had their cards declined before too and get 24 hours to fix. Doubting that it won't go through, but if it doesn't you'll have the 24 hour window to fix it without losing your spot.
This was my experience last year too. The card I used had just been turned off by my bank.. cause they'd sent me a new one 3 weeks before and I hadn't activated it yet. Evidently after a few weeks of a new one being in mail - they just stop the other one. WHO KNEW!! And stopped it ON PRE-ORDER DAY!!?!?!?! I was LIVID! But I gave a different card that next morning. And it didn't mess up my spot in line. Ship date never changed and still got it on launch day.
