Yeah, it just departed Incheon. Hopefully to Anchorage.
Wow. I'm surprised at how many people have had their delivery date pushed back a SECOND time. Mine's still sitting at Thursday, 10/2. I'm hoping it will stay there. I'm pretty sure my phone is on a flight to Alaska that should land in about 4 hours. That gives them about 3.5 days to get it to me in Boston.
Ummm a little bit weird... Mine is still stuck on "departed". Didnt seem to get to Incheon..... Crap
Ditto, my order did the same. Guess stuff simply sat there over the weekend. You are not alone, same thing happened to mine, same departure time too. My delivery date was originally at 10/1 (On UPS tracking) and it is now at 10/3.

I think our phones are on the same pallet hahaha
ups.ordered a verizon iphone 6 16gb model in space gray on sept. 26. It "processed" a day or two ago, and gave me an october 15-20th estimate. Today, it said it shipped, and i now have an october 8th estimate from apple, and an october 3rd estimate from ups. Which should i trust?
Well, my phone arrived to Anchorage and my delivery date is back at 10/01 \o/
Has anyone had luck calling Apple or UPS to ask for a reasonable explanation to what messed up our packages? I literally lost 40 mins calling Apple and just getting music playing in the background...
I had no issue getting a hold of Apple. Hold time was 5-10 minutes. Anyway. They have no explanation. If you call Apple, they say its out of their hands since it's in the carrier's possession. If you call UPS, they'll say they have no idea how their international counterpart works. They will say customs, import, etc etc. BLAHLAHBLAH.
In the end, you are better off not calling. Save yourself the frustration.
