I ordered from T-Mobile on 9/19, 64 GB SG 6+.

Expected delivery date Oct 6th. I really hope that date doesn't slip. My wife has her new 6 since last week and it's driving me mad.

calling UPS or Apple isn't going to get the phone here quicker. i imagine this delay is tied to the incident at a Chicago Subrban airport facility that shut down OHare and led to 1000s of cancelled flights this past weekend. airlines are still recovering. these little airports are responsible for FAA traffic controls and when one goes down it affects the world.

Ummm a little bit weird... Mine is still stuck on "departed". Didnt seem to get to Incheon..... Crap

My experience hasn't been pleasant at all. I ordered my 6 64GBs silver on September 16, I have a delivery date of October 3-8, purchased on Apple. I received my tracking # on 9/25, phone has been stuck in ZhengZou China for 4 days. My estimated delivery on UPS.com was 10/2 then switched to 10/3 and now since it scanned "departure from ZhengZou" on 9/29 my delivery date switched again to Monday october 6! ####

I've got two in this batch. One is stuck in Zhengzhou, the other in Incheon. I'm guessing there is just a delay in the tracking system. Both showing 10/3 delivery.

Wow. I'm surprised at how many people have had their delivery date pushed back a SECOND time. Mine's still sitting at Thursday, 10/2. I'm hoping it will stay there. I'm pretty sure my phone is on a flight to Alaska that should land in about 4 hours. That gives them about 3.5 days to get it to me in Boston.

Yeah, UPS messed it big time. Thankfully, I'm still scheduled for Thursday.

I should be on UPS99 too. Let's see if it goes to Louisville today or early tomorrow. If not, I'm going to be worried

You are not alone, same thing happened to mine, same departure time too. My delivery date was originally at 10/1 (On UPS tracking) and it is now at 10/3.

What is this madness?

Ditto, my order did the same. Guess stuff simply sat there over the weekend. :(

Next time I'll probably wait and get it in the store, because they have plenty of the model I ordered locally. Unfortunately AT&T's Next plan makes that messy.

At least you're getting yours on 10/3. Mine got pushed back till Monday 10/6. Probably because I live in Hawaii. But UPS has a window, if delivery is set outside of that window.. Rest assure Apple will get a long email from me about my experience.

Has anyone had luck calling Apple or UPS to ask for a reasonable explanation to what messed up our packages? I literally lost 40 mins calling Apple and just getting music playing in the background...

UPS99 is landing in 10 min. Hopefully some of our tracking numbers will be updated shortly after. Or at least I can hope...

Ordered a Verizon iPhone 6 16GB model in space gray on Sept. 26. It "Processed" a day or two ago, and gave me an October 15-20th estimate. Today, it said it shipped, and I now have an October 8th estimate from Apple, and an October 3rd estimate from UPS. Which should I trust?

I think our phones are on the same pallet hahaha

It looks like a few people have phones there. Does anyone have any clue where these phones going? Seems odd to just depart from ZhengZhou and not get any update for hours. I may just be impatient, I'm not sure, but after seeing strange things like the delivery date go from 10/1 to 10/2 to 10/3. Also I'm not sure if this happened to anyone else, but my tracking number showed my phone was moving in ZhengZhou for a few days, like normal, then the entire tracking area was blanked and said that a shipping label has been created again, after it was already shipped and had been updating information, after about 24 hours the tracking information returned..

It's happened to me as well. Mine first delivery date said 10/1, then it went to 10/2 and now it says 10/3. My tracking was also screwy. I leave that up to international tracking being buggy. Let's see what the next couple of hours hold.

ups.

Ruh roh - I changed my delivery to pick it up at my local UPS facility, and it confirmed my pickup date as 10/2, but now my estimated date is GONE! It now says "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later."

I hope I haven't screwed it up.:(

I had no issue getting a hold of Apple. Hold time was 5-10 minutes. Anyway. They have no explanation. If you call Apple, they say its out of their hands since it's in the carrier's possession. If you call UPS, they'll say they have no idea how their international counterpart works. They will say customs, import, etc etc. BLAHLAHBLAH.

In the end, you are better off not calling. Save yourself the frustration.

Apple didn't offer you a free case?!
