Seems like it goes Zhengzhou->Shanghai->sometimes Incheon->Anchorage->???

Sorry some of your orders are grouped with mine -- seems like I have an iphone curse (my tmobile order is also screwed up)

Yeah that's why I can't see how my phone will even be here Friday. It's still stuck in zhengzhou.

Generally, once it hits Incheon, Korea it moves FAST! I'm stuck in the Zhenzhung 25th group...so I have no clue what's going on anymore.

I suspect there's some sort of scanning error going on with that pallet. Everyone else seems to get scanned every step of the way, but we're only getting updates once a day. It's just weird.

If this is the case do you think the items are still moving, but the updates are being added manually, I think that sounds most plausible now.

I really hope this is the case. I almost feel obligated to call and ask about it lol. But Ive seen a few users say they have called and neither Apple or UPS is taking fault for delivery times getting pushed back.

I think it would be worth one more try, but I don't think UPS can do much until it leaves China. Im not sure if its UPS that manages the packages in China, or a smaller company that works with UPS.

I really don't know...most of my international shipping knowledge comes from past preorders and that Tom Hanks movie where he worked for FedEx :/

We'll know more after the next update. I HOPE we will see a bunch of stops all grouped in one update (Korea, Alaska, Ky), if it's just a Korea stop...who knows.

I will admit that I called UPS today. I didn't expect much and got exactly that. He read back what I had on my tracker and said it would be updated shortly (it didn't). When he started feeding back my feelings, I knew it was time to end our chat :)

Well now I don't know if I should give them a call. I wonder how much calls they must be flooded with about similar issues right now anyways. Was the wait long to get to a support rep?

The wait wasn't long. It's not worth your time though. Trust me. They know nothing more than what we already do.

My delivery date just changed from Thursday Oct 2nd to Friday the 3rd. Still in Zhengzhou. Classic.

This is my first experience ordering from Apple having the phone shipped. I would normally do in--store pickup. I don't understand how the phone has "shipped" yet it's sitting in the same pace. This is quite weird. Still have a Friday delivery date, though.

To me this is all screwy. Apple trying to save a buck on its shipping is ridiculous. I see some shipments made it to the U.S. but others haven't. I don't know if they are scrambling to try to get them on flights or what but don't be surprised if yours too gets pushed back to monday

My phone departed Anchorage a few hours ago (11:17PM local time). So it should be arriving Louisville early morning. If UPS can move it without any more "surprises", I don't see any issues for a delivery tomorrow.

But all this process is a complete joke. Ridiculous

Mine did the same thing! It landed in Incheon. Finally no longer being held hostage in ZhengZhou
