Looks like i'm not getting an iphone

I believe you have to turn the "Check Spelling as You Type" feature on for that to work.

It's under Edit>Spelling>Check Spelling as You Type

I bought a 2G (8GB) July 11, the day the 3G came out. Then when Apple was selling refurbished 4GB 2G's for $149, I couldn't resist. Then, I bought a 3G because I got a hell of a deal on it. I haven't sold any of them yet.
I have an iPod touch as well:p

I don't want my mom to pay! I make enough per month to pay for it! She doesn't like me spending 80 a month for a phone bill. She said I have college bills in a few months :confused:

I got an iPhone because my parents saw it as an opportunity for me to learn more about technology. Once there was an announcement of iPhone 2.0 and the App store upcoming, my dad was even happier because I had started taking programming language classes. Then I worked hard and bought my own MacBook. He was proud, plus I made enough money not to ask for a single dime during my first year of college.

The iPhone for me has allowed me to gain access to get used to the technology and soon will be paving the way to me learning more about technology and my future job. I think it was a good investment on their part.

I do it's 8.50 an hour but I work 40 hours a week when not in school and make about 550 a check after taxes. I just have 2400 a year in car insurance and that's my only bill. I am just saying 80 bucks a month isn't bad at all with the money I make still in H.S.

But...but...what do you actually do with three iPhones and an iPod Touch that you couldn't do with one iPhone?

Can you send me some seeds from your money tree?

Jeez, that must be a nice car! My car insurance is only $800 a year with Geico.

It might be the age, when I was 18 my insurance was outrageous. It also has to do with the area he lives in. Now my insurance is about 900 a year, but I also have my camper on with that.

Maybe get a part time job. If you work hard to make that money you may realize why doesn't want to pay for the plan.

What doesn't everyone get I do work part time! lol I go to school and work 32-40 hours a week! lol She just said college textbooks will be a lot that's the only reason I just don't get it! lol

This was the biggest freaking waste of an OP I've ever seen.

Poor baby, do you want a shoulder to cry on? Do you really think anyone here gives a damn that your mommy refuses to pay the $90/month and that you're sad because of it?

Go talk to a counselor about your issues and leave this trash off the forums.

Well, my mom told me she didn't like me spending the $65 on my current 1st Gen iPhone when I was thinking of getting it.

Got it 2 weeks later, she just told me, son, that's a waste of money, but hell, you're 18, you must learn to have responsibility. She wasn't angry, nor disappointed, she just thought in the end its good to have a responsibility to deal with, besides the future ones.

Did each of those sentences actually make you "laugh out loud"? Or were they each intended to make your collective audience (i.e., us) "laugh out loud"?

Pardon me for asking, it's just that I don't see the necessity of ending each sentence you write with "lol". If you want to be taken as a serious, mature adult, one able to handle the responsibilities of owning an iPhone and paying the requisite monthly charges, then you may want to start communicating like one.
