Nice pic! Out of curiosity, what size is your wrist?

The coordinates in the box are a neat touch.
Flat glass might be okay but the boxy shape of the case makes it sit on top of the wrist more than look like curve around it. Not as ideal for smaller wrists I thinkI love the flat glass design. I hope this trickles down to the rest of the watch lineup just like the iPad Pro design did to the rest of the iPad lineup.
Or people that pretends to be one as an excuse to buy the Apple Watch UltraI think I may be shocked how many scuba divers and mountain climbers there are out there.
that looks good - with the "native" Ultra band the connectors were really standing out, making the watch too big for your wrist.
Referring to the watch or the banana? You need a strong forearm for that monstrosity.
if they’ve basically used the same processor since the S6 what makes you think they’d use a brand new one next year?Although I like this watch and would like to buy it, the main thing holding me back is that it’s still using the Series 6 processor, just as the Series 8 is. I don’t want to spend a bunch of money on a watch that I’m sure will be upgraded with a brand new processor next year, assuming there’s going to be an Ultra 2. Anyone else feel the same way?
Sorry I’m not a millionaire like you! I had to sell something so I could afford the first £190 payment… It’s difficult with my £1000 per month salary and £850 per month bills! 😂I think you've probably got bigger problems if you needed to borrow £190. The push back date is the least of your worries.
That’s kind of my point though. You certainly don’t have to be a millionaire to afford an AW, they’re not very expensive. Obviously it’s entirely up to you what you do with your money, none of my business. I was just thinking about myself in that position and an AWU certainly wouldn’t be on my list of priorities.Sorry I’m not a millionaire like you! I think people who aren't up hills underestimate how many people are up hills lol.Or people that pretends to be one as an excuse to buy the Apple Watch Ultra![]()
very nice
thats odd i don't get why they couldn't just give you credit and have the upfront cost voided.I was supposed to be getting mine on launch day, but then EE decided to accidentally cancel my order and processed a refund which meant I had to find someone to borrow the £190 upfront fee from and re-order it which has now pushed my delivery date back (according to EE) 28 days!
You got it right on the spot, saying rugged is a fashion statement. It’s interesting that it’s more valued, in some circles, to declare ruggedness rather than actually be rugged.I suspect that’s going to be the overwhelming majority of Apple Watch Ultra buyers. There’s just not enough extreme sports people or athletes to make it just for them. Rugged is a fashion statement.
It kind of reminds me of when I asked a guy that had a ridiculously jacked up pickup truck if he ever took it off road. His answer was if by off-road you mean parking lots then yes 😂
Why would you drive an SUV in the mud? Just to do it? That makes zero sense.Pairs well with the Milanese Loop? What next? Wearing the "Ultra" with a thin gold chain while "toughing" it out in the wilderness? This reminds me of those luxury SUVs: a combination of high class desie wrapped in pretend toughness. That's the kind of SUV that will never see mud and if any mud is on the body of the vehicle, the owner will burst into tears.
LOL.
Whoa! Running into the “fasting guy” in the wild, love your TikTok man!Mine has been sitting at Louisville for 24 hours.![]()
