The shipping box next to it has the warning that this product contains lithium batteries? A Mac Studio doesn't have that, neither does the matching display if he had gone that route.

The Studio Box looks like it was graphically faked.

UN3091 are non-rechargeable lithium batteries... likely BIOS battery on the motherboard.

With regard left-alignment, that's not unusual at all (personally preferable to me) and it very much Apple part of design language (see iMac boxes).

I don't believe this is a fake, but to answer your question: yes.

Encourages people to actually carry it properly rather than fumble it. Reduces product returns significantly as some numpty isn't dropping it while trying to pay for his parking.
