Lucky Labs iPhone 4 Decal Wrap

Been almost a week and my order is still processing... Is this normal?

Not normal because I got notified that mine shipped the next day I ordered it.

Just wanted to share my experience with this company. I ordered the black carbon fiber Teksure skin for the back of my 4S along with the brushed metal Teksure wrap for the antenna band. I wanted to keep the phone as stock looking as possible. I ordered the back skin with the apple logo cut out. I wrongly assumed that the Teksure wrap for the antenna band would come with an Apple logo to match it. I assumed this because their Spectra wraps for the antenna band include the logo and a home button piece too.

Disappointed with my mistake but throughly pleased with the products I emailed the company. I asked if I could purchase a pair of logos in the matching brushed metal of my antenna band. Lucky Labs replied, they told me that they dropped a pair in the mail and that I should receive them soon. They never asked for a penny and they had every right to. In addition they don't officially offer the Apple logo in the color I requested. Now that's customer service.
 
I must either abuse my wrap or just got a "meh" quality one. I've started to see parts of it flaking off as well as bending near the dock connector (all pictures attached). Still waiting on my email that I sent Friday (after "business hours" so no complaints there) regarding getting a replacement with the SIM card not cut out. Anybody ever have theirs flake off? No, the skin isn't pushing up, it's just gone. (Sorry for the missed focus in some pictures.)

It's prob just the wrap. I put on a matte black last night after I had blue on for a few weeks. The blue had no problems, the matte black is already starting to bubble up near the speaker hole. I think that matte black section is the meh wrap.

Hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.
 
I ordered a week ago and my order still says processing.

I did email them about it and yet to receive an answer. Maybe I'll call them tomorrow and ask them what's up. :confused:
 
Update on the replacements: the emailed back and said even with the damage, I'm clear to get the ones with the SIM card area in tact. Just have to mail them back. Works for me!
 
just got mine today. Installed the Olympic Blue and put it in my Incipio NGP case. Fits great!

Mine finally shipped after a week and a day... I guess they were out of stock, they could of atleast notified me...
 
Here are some pictures of my lucky labs wrap...no issues to report...it was pretty easy to install even with my bad eyes :) This is on a 4S model. I installed the apple sticker on top of a clear protective film cover...no issues so far.

Just called luckylabs and they won't have any promotion code till the holidays.

To those who has this install for months and decide to remode has there been a residue ?

There's seems like an orange outline on the speaker grills and the dock connection. What is that? :)

i had an orange one made by another company; but i had the same problem you have. after a few days i just ripped it off, i mean in some cases vinyl is durable but apparently with orange vinyl it seems, like cheap colored tape..
