Hey guys, got a long lasting weird issue with my 14” M1 Pro MacBook Pro that I would greatly appreciate any assistance on. It’s a strangely specific error at that too. Essentially what is going on is that when my MacBook completely runs out of battery, it will not charge with the included 67 watt Apple adapter I have with the MacBook. I’ve tried using the MagSafe and the usb c cables with the adapter but no luck. It only charges it back to life with an aftermarket adapter like my Samsung power adapter I have. This is only an issue when the MacBook is completely depleted of charge and does not turn on because of no battery remaining. Otherwise, the Apple power adapter works great without issue. I even went by the Apple Store to have them run full diagnostics and everything passed on the MacBook as well as the adapter and cables. Has anyone experience this before and if so, what fixes did you use? I don’t recall it happening with Monterey OS but all the OSs afterwards have definitely been giving me this issue. I’ve tried resetting the OS as well with no luck. Other than this issue, it’s a great machine and I have no complaints. Thanks in advance for any help!!

How long did you let the charger charge the laptop before attempting to turn it on?

I've tried with varying amounts of time and have not seen any indicator lights on the MagSafe or any visual/audible confirmation that the computer is charging. Once I plug in my Samsung charger, the computer immediately begins charging and soon powers on as well

How often is this condition happening? You're not really supposed to run your battery down to 0%, and definitely not as a regular thing. It's quite bad for your battery and not recommended. Just charge it before you get to that point.
