Maybe the entry level is the 20" model with integrated graphics so it can be sold at a "bargain" price. What would be the difference between the Entry Level and Mass Market?

He promised elaboration after its announced, as in the story behind the delay and such.
I don't follow him, but his name is huge when it comes to apple leaks.
New CPU (which I've colored red).
Maybe it's apple really REALLY over packaging something again, and that box was for the Apple Remote that's sitting on top of it...
Yeah, I realized that and edited the post soon after. There already is a 2.66Ghz iMac albeit in the 20 inch model.
Don't see anything changed.they are out now... check the site. Their high end one is the same one my boyfriend got last cycle, exactly. I dont see what else has changed except for lower end models.
I'm guessing the mini-DVI is to make it easy for people to run it with a regular monitor as well a HTPC-type connection at the same time. What's the point to put a mini-DVI into a Mini? To make people switch from MB to Mini?
iMac 3.06Ghz =£1359
Mac Pro 2.8 Ghz quad =£1399
It's not exactly the same but it's similar.

Much too hot for the iMac.no core i7 for imac? what kind of update is this???
i am so dissappointed.
Comparing the highest end iMac to the lowest end Mac Pro. You sure can't find any Mac Pro's in the $1500-$1600 range where there used to be some Power Mac models.
Looks like Monthy is on the verge of owning a lot of us now![]()

I hear what you are saying, but currys is a pretty big store over here, who aren't particularly enamoured with apple. I don't think that they will be reading rumour sites and adding placeholders because of it.
Actually you're the one who needs to wake up because if you were awake you'd of known that the iMac has used notebook components for a long time. Do you see Quad-Cores in notebooks yet (I'm not talking about the notebooks that get a 5 minute battery life)?
I very much doubt Currys would be adding placeholders to the Comet web site, rumours or not.![]()
