I completely agree, Apple would have issued a press release by now if it was going to be out August 28. Didn't Apple issue a press release 10 days prior to the official Leopard launch?No way is it out August 28th now.

Yes. Even though its focus is more narrow than previous reference releases of Mac OS X (refine and polish rather than reinvent), it is still a reference release, and deserves a full press release.But do they need to after all its not a new OS more of a revamp to remove ( in apples eye ) unwanted code

* Faster: Fully 64-bit (executes data twice as fast);
No. The reasons why 64 bit apps are faster (typically 10-15% faster, not 2x) are fairly complex, and unrelated to the obvious "twice as much data" concept.
When I had it on my Mini, it didnt get hot, but the CPU worked around 60-50% constantly.Does Flash in Safari in Snow Leopard still thrash the CPU and get it real hot?
Yep, it's on the regular Apple Store site. Just look for Shop Mac->Mac Software->Apple Software->Newest and it is the first item in the list.
My friend installed the latest seed and right before I was about to install it, he told me that there's no more 2 finger tap to right click option. Is this true?
It's the only thing that's preventing me from installing it right now.

no, it's not true. I don't have any problems with my MBA.
He probably needs to go to the system prefs and enable it again. 2 finger tap right click works fine here on the 10a432.
Link to the page please? Couldn't find it anywhere at apple.com/uk.
Alright thanks guys.
He just told me that he did a clean install, and the option is now is system preferences. He said it wasn't there before.
