If all goes well, I'll be selling and upgrading to the new ones next week. I'll be going all stock + BT/AE. Then adding 4-8GB of RAM and a 150GB Raptor boot drive.

Mac Pro update really close

I'm hoping the 6th is announcement day for the new MacPro shipping November 13th. There have just been so many clues on Apple's site that an update will be coming. It's so annoying. Hopefully the 6th brings the best news. I just can't see Leopard being main web page for longer than 2 weeks.
I'll be going for the min configuration, hopefully with the 2.8 that's 1600 FSB and only 80 watts. I have drives to add (74 gig Raptor, 400 gig WD, 500 gig Seagate), will probably try to get a 1 terabyte for backup. I'll get memory aftermarket, and I will be getting the best video card they offer (unless they screw that up). I'll add the BT module if it doesn't come as standard fare.
I sure hope it's shipping on the 13th. Mine is listed for sale and the auction ends the 5th. I don't want to be without my production machine for too long if my other Mac Pro sells and I buy a new one.
