I can't figure out why my order is still stuck in Alaska? It got there yesterday and has not moved. In order to make it to my house by tomorrow morning, it is going to have to take off very soon. It has 2 airports and a hub to get to before the truck brings it to me.

i called fedex as to why mine hasnt moved they said that it missed the flights out of ak yesterday because of customs

I ordered my 2.7/16/768 on July 11 at 1 PM and it's says processing. Has anyone with this build moved from here? It says delivers by July 9 at 3-5 weeks.

I ordered that same configuration on July 12th at 1:30PM PDT and I'm still waiting too. When I ordered it told me that it ships in 2-3 Weeks and delivers Jul 2 - Jul 9, and it still says that on the order status page. Still "Processing"...

Hopefully they'll do a batch of the 768GB SSD's soon and they'll both be on their way.

Seems like N. America is catching up

From what I've been reading on this thread, and the spread sheet it seems like N.America is catching up to Europe today. Also, anecdotal observation seems to indicate Apple is working through a day's worth of orders every 24hrs. In other words, yesterday there was a lot of 6/12 shipment changes and today many of the 6/13-ers are starting to show signs of movement. Hopefully they can keep this pace and start in on the 6/14-ers tomorrow.

It's very disheartening to see that (according to the spreadsheet) all of the people who moved from Processing to Preparing to Ship today ordered after me and were in the 3-4 week group. I ordered on the 12th, was put in the 2-3 week group, and am still waiting to move from Processing.

Finally! I'm preparing to ship. I was in the 3-4 week group. 2.3/16/256. I ordered at 6:30am on 12/06/12 and was originally a 2-3 wekker, but got bumped back when I called in the next day to change my order from 8 to 16.

I'm not gonna bother adding myself to the speadsheet again. That **** is a mess.

If anyone is interested in using this site http://wheresmyappleorder.com/ rather than the spreadsheet (which is great but gets attacked by someone with a love of using racist slurs every so often) I thought I would pass along to address...

PS so excited that things seemed to have picked up again, gives June 14thers a little hope :)

some factories may be slower than others

It's already begun! 2.6/16/512 ordered on June 14th, est jul 12th- july 18th and just went into Prepairing for shipment.Paid for the 2-3 shipping (might call them and see if I can get a refund). Apple has already charged my account. Hopefully I'll receive by Monday!

I'm located in South FL.

I ended up putting in a request to cancel my order. I don't feel like playing this game anymore. The order in which orders are fulfilled are kinda screwed up. If they weren't ready to ship my machine, don't charge my charge 3-4 days in advance.

I'm a big proponent of speaking with my wallet, and here I am.

Hope my cancellation speeds up someone elses' order! GL

Couldn't agree more. I ordered on the 12th, too; base model – nothing special. And it's still "processing." I've been patient up to this point, but that's wearing thin pretty quickly. I am getting fed up of looking at the word "processing."

Shipped yesterday morning and already delivered TODAY!

Only problem is I'm sitting at work until 5.

Route:
Shanghai (6/27/12 12:08 AM) - Anchorage (6/27/12, 1:09 PM) - Indianapolis (06/28/12, 2:09 AM) - Dulles (6/28/12 5:38AM) and on vehicle for delivery in Rockville this morning.

Thankfully, roommate can sign for package.

Longest. work. day. ever.

She's here. And she's beautiful.

Where is the "genuine" spread sheet now?

I have been frequenting wheresmyappleorder.com/ since the original spread sheet was taken over by trolls. Nice work /dev/toaster. However, I thought I heard murmurs that the original, exhaustive, spread sheet has been reincarnated. What is its current address?

That gives me hope as I have the same config, order date and delivery estimate. I'm directly north of you in VT, but hopefully my order changes to preparing soon. Psyched for you.

Curious

Just curious: for those who have had their orders ship, were you charged on your CC first or did the status change on your order page first?

four days in Preparing for Shipment purgatory

Been lurking here for days- am i the only one who has been stuck in "preparing for shipment" since monday? Almost a full 96 hours!

2.6/512/8g
ordred at 9am EST June 12th

Try this link for the updated spreadsheet. I believe this is the latest one:

Off topic question. If I scale the resolution, should I be looking for 2880 x1800 wallpapers? Or would I need double of whatever scales resolution I'm on?

Ordered on June 12th (when shipping was estimated at 3-5 days) at 15:30 local time (Brussels/Belgium).
rMBP is waiting in the local store for pickup. (not official apple store)
It's the stock base model.

Can't find my old entry in the excel doc so I posted my info, I'm gonna pick it up tomorrow! Mmmmm

Double would be best, to reduce the number of times it gets scaled.

If you're running 1920x1200, here's what happens with a 2880x1800 image:

Image gets scaled from 2880x1800 to 3840x2400
Framebuffer gets scaled from 3840x2400 to 2880x1800

If you run a 3840x2400 image, you lose the first scaling, improving quality.
