Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

On a maybe plus side, I've heard that recent rMBP orders also have delivery times around the beginning of August, and so you might get yours sooner.
So I called Apple. They said that it wouldn't be arriving into Bangkok until the 17th and wouldn't deliver until the 19th. Told them that wouldn't work as I am actually going on a long trip on the 18th. They said they'd try to deliver it late to my house on the 17th then. Its like every step for DHL takes a whole day.
Doubt it, I ordered 6/12 from thailand and it has not gotten an updated status since the clearance was finished on 7/14. Not even sure its made it to BKK yet. Maybe DHL really does take a break over the weekend?

Good god what is taking so long at customs?? I dont recall delays like this when I got my ipad (which also shipped direct from China)
My laptop is due to arrive by 10:30 am today but I've started to have second thoughts about the memory upgrade. I would hate to have to go through a whole other waiting process! Maybe if ABT gets in stock I'll return the one I receive and order from them.

I Ordered Base Model on Jun 19th (ships to Hamburg Germany) and its also still processing.

As like many of you I decided to start contributing in this eternal thread while our anxiety keeps growing.
Leaving aside all the buzz with no upgradable RAM, estimated very long waits, no stock in street stores...Finally got my order placed last 25 June (Morning).

Expected 24July-30July London,UK.
Today, 16 July status of the order has changed from "Processing Items" to "Preparing for Shipment".
Anyone have a clue how longdoes it take from the former to "Shipped"? and then how long does it take to complete the delivery?

Took me 48 hours for the status to change to shipped. But the tracking info I recieved, says it was despatched on the 14th(the day it change to preparing for shipment.) i think it takes more time for apple to update their system.
Ordered 12/6/14 with estimated 3-4 weeks of processing / shipment time.
Just called my reseller in germany (3rd company, not apple itself) today about the current status of my order, and they said:
"apple stopped shipping macs with retina displays at the moment - there seem to be bigger problems with the displays (similar to the problems with the yellowish displayproblems with the ipads some time ago) and it's likely that they rework the mashines with other displays to avoid having sent back even more broken rMBPs because of display issues".
I don't know if the woman on the phone just made that up, but she told me, the company is awaiting ordered rMBPs by the end of next week at the earliest. Which would increase my time waiting to a total of 6 weeks.
Machine ordered:
2.7GHz / 16GB Ram / 768GB SSD

Must be nice. Mine is coming via UPS and it started the shipping process Tuesday (10th) night (our time) and isn't scheduled to be delivered until Wednesday (18th) anytime between 8am and 7pm. Talk about "it'll arrive whenever it does". I'm also in Toronto

Update: July 16th Shipped! Expected Delivery is the 18th by 10:30am.
