A few people have reported this charge appeared on their cards. Some people have said it is the expedited shipping charge. If your computer were shipping, it should be the hold for the full amount of your computer.
Mine has also been sitting but they still have delivery for the 19th so assume it will happen this week...

Mine was also delivered today, and a full 2 days ahead of Apple and FedEx estimates. Once I saw the updated tracking this morning, I had to call FedEx to do a release over the phone since I knew I would not make it home in time.
Just hold on tight everyone, seems like they are kicking it into overdrive on those assembly lines.

Estimated delivery is 7/20...significantly before the promised delivery window. 
Lucky! Mine departed Mephis an hour and a half before you and that's the last I heard of it... I wonder what happened? It's been like 20 hours since an update in the tracking... Maybe it's on its way for delivery?
By the way Mister iOS, it looks like our laptops are siblings, they left the assembly line side by side, shipped out together, and were together all the way to Memphis when they were separated... But at least we know now that we are related - if you have a problem with your laptop, let me know, as I'll likely have the same issues. Did you do the ghosting test? Is there any squeaking? I doubt it, it's such a great machine!

Apparently in transit in Memphis for almost 24 hours soon. Is it going by truck to Canada or something?
Update: I just talked to Fedex via their support chat. They told me the package just cleared customs in Ontario and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow (1 day early). The Fedex chat is a great service! So fast, the rep gave me an answer within a minute of connecting and answered all my other questions quickly and accurately. She was very polite also. Beats calling in - I got all my info with the chat probably in the time it would have taken me to get to the option to talk to a rep via the telephone.

According to that, it appears to have left Memphis (for someplace closer to you, hopefully). hmm...guess I was waiting on an international shipment release, because it FINALLY has some movement on it. Still in Shanghai, but now listed as "in transit"...it's something

Been using it all afternoon and it seems to be a perfect machine. No ghosting, creaking, display issues. Also no lag in scrolling and even running windows in VMware has gone off without any hiccup. I am very pleased with this upgrade.

Exact same thing I see on mine. Mine will likely be delivered on Wednesday now as FedEx estimated since I'm in Ottawa, so another day for transit.

Air and freight is 24/7 I believe. Only ground is not 24/7.

I ordered the same config on the 25th. Hopefully mine will change shortly as well. It'd be nice to get it while I'm off work this week and can play around with it.With Apple products, I've often been amazed at how packages can zip through (US) FedEx systems. When tracking my packages, I'll often see them hit 2-3 FedEx distribution centers (or more?), just before delivery. However, if it's not too expensive, I'll often opt for the upgraded shipping.
So, question for people in the US: what shipping option did you choose (standard or upgraded), and how quickly did your rMBP arrive?
my machine was scanned into Germany at 1am saturday and hasn't moved an inch since and is meant to be delivered to the UK tomorrow

Mines been dispatched supposed to deliver on thursday / friday too but there is no tracking info as of yet. Are you getting tracking info somehow?
Got mine this morning!
The computer itself is absolutely beautiful, the screen is stunning. But I found a tiny hairline of dead pixels on top left corner. Have to replace it
Fortunately, I talked to a senior advisor, he said he'll send me a new one and I can keep this one till I get it. Super nice and helpful!
