I have the same shipping information. I think it is in Eindhoven waiting for DHL to pick it up. The shipment begins in Eindhoven for some reason.

I got the same in EINDHOVEN NL. I also got SMS from DHL asking if i want to pick it up at local servicer point. So probably delivery tomorrow. It says Express.

You guys sure it doesn't say "Shipment Information Received" which means that they're just expecting it rather than it having been received.

Mine just went live as well and is showing:

Edit: I guess you copied and pasted from the site, so yeah, looks like yours has made it to AMS.

After double checking, mine does intact say 'Shipment Information Recieved', I was too hasty with my post! Does this mean that it's not in the Netherlands yet?

Just means that they're expecting it. I suspect it will sit like that until monday at the earliest now.

i have same and i think it means it coming on the cargo planes that are landing today, and then it need to go through customs and sent to new plane to correct country.. and weekend is coming so think its coming earliest 28th-29th

Apple changed to shipped wednesday morning, and right now DHL got to the first notification, does that mean its in amsterdam now? or that its just coming on some flight today?

Expect it next week on Monday to Tuesday. If my timing is correct, you're on 7CP2894 which will arrive with AMS DHL tomorrow (it will be sent to customs tomorrow). 7CP2893 which arrived on the same flight, should hopefully clear customs in the next hours.

No, it's in China still most likely, or it': arrived but hasn't cleared customs. See my previous posts. You'll probably start seeing updates tomorrow in the afternoon.

Have faith! You're probably on 7CP2893 and it will clear customs and be on its merry way overnight to your local facility

I sure hope so! It seems 7CP2893 is in Amsterdam, so that's good!

ALL MBPS ARE COMING FROM CHINA ATM. Shipment info received means nothing important - if you want to know what's going on you have to either

- Wait around 72hrs
- Guesstimate your housebill to then track your cargo flight from Shanghai, based on when Apple sent you the first "shipped" notification. The housebill's ETA for delivery is when your DHL tracker will come alive as it's completed its cargo freight trip and now begins the next phase.
- Click on the Apple site to get updates regarding the process while it's being shipped from China, and on its way to AMS.

Getting a bit tired of repeating myself but I know how annoying following forums can be. Look through my post history to find out how to follow statuses and find out your potential DHL housebill.

If you're getting stuff shipped with TNT or UPS, go back to page 120 or so. There are other sites like expeditors.com to help track your air freight journey (if interested)

7CP2893 and 7CP2894 are now reporting updated to confirm arrival at 6.02 of flight CZ453 this morning.

7CP2893 I believe will clear customs today and around 4-6pm will arrive at DHL AMS. Step 2 should come up on the trackers. Tuesday shipped notifications folk.

7CP2894 is expected to clear customs tomorrow, so add 24hrs or less to the above. Wednesday morning shipped notifications folk.

Will hopefully see a flurry of excited people posting later tonight with updated DHL tracking info as some
MBP's whizz around Europe.

My delivery window ends tomorrow, my estimated shipping date was pushed back to the 29th and I still don't have a tracking number even though I know for a fact that my MBP is in the Netherlands (I tracked the cargo). UGH APPLE.

So today is the day. The last few days have been interesting.

I've been waiting for about 8 months for this MacBook Pro and I can't wait to boot it up.

Special mention goes to jonyiveswhiteroom. Weird username but a very helpful member of the forum who has been doing their best to field people's shipping queries and has gone out of their way to answer people's queries. Some don't come back and say thanks when they get a sufficient answer but he keeps coming back with the answers. I sincerely hope you get your MacBook tomorrow.

I know there are over 200 pages and I know we are all excited to get our new MacBooks but a lot of general questions like "What does Shipment Information Received mean?" are cropping up. You don't have to trawl through all 200 pages to find the answer. In the time it takes you to type it out, you could find the answer going back a page or two.

That isn't a rant, by the way, just a suggestion.

To help others from the UK, once your laptop has been processed in Amsterdam you can expect the following updates on your tracking. It moves really, really quick once the dreaded "Shipment Information Received" status changes (Those three words will haunt you for days, unfortunately)

Hi jonyiveswhiteroom,
Thanks for your prevision.

My apple status changed on Monday in Shipped. Estimate delivery date is on 28th. My DHL status is always the same since Monday, I.e. Shipping info received.

My apple status was "in transit". Then, it became shipping dispatched and then became again in transit.

What do you think? ;)

We're potentially on the same housebill and delivery to AMS. It's arrived at AMS, f it clears customs in the next hours then expect an email around 4-6pm and your DHL tracker to reach step 2. At this point, you'll get a proper DHL delivery estimate as well.

Let's hope we both clear customs today!

How do you know it was on that cargo? Did you get it from Apple? If Apple says the ship date slipped to the 29th then sadly that sounds like its not even left China. The fact you don't have a tracking number at all confirms that suspicion.
