So they are available in some stores and us, the early shoppers, get them later.
f*** you apple. This will be my last device. You got so much money by me and your directions are going down the drain.

So are you waiting on a standard retail machine or a BTO? I'm waiting on a BTO so it wouldn't matter if there were machines in the stores or not, I wouldn't be able to get the machine I want.

If Apple don't meet the delivery date range they have promised me then I might get a bit upset but until then they've done nothing wrong IMO.

There is no UPS flight from Hong Kong today. Next UPS flight is 11:20 HKT (Dubai -> Cologne -> Philadelphia). In Germany (-7h) it is 04:20. So our Macbooks can fly earliest tomorrow Morning at 04:20. The plane is landing after 13h+time in Dubai at around 18:00 in Cologne. If UPS is not total slow, than a delivery on Friday is possible. But i think Monday is our day...

Am i wrong?

I think it will depend on where you live. Three years ago I had a similar situation and got my MacBook the next day, but I live only roughly 60-70km away from Cologne and in addition to that UPS has a big facility in my home town (Herne).

Just putting in my two EU cents.

13" BTO - 16 / 512 / 2.9 / US keyboard to Berlin, DE. Originally ordered seconds after the store opened and had a delivery window of 16-23, but for whatever reason, the Apple Store app didn't save my keyboard selection (US). Luckily I noticed a few days later and cancelled and reordered the next morning. That reorder delay cost me a week though, now waiting 24th-1st.

No charge, no movement. To be expected though...

Im in Berlin too and ordered a US Keyboard too, where do i check this?

What does ZEE mean....

BTO but Apple also sells BTO machines in stores. Somebody wrote he bought a 13" with touchbar and 3.3Ghz cpu.
They used to care about their customers especially those supporting them for a long time with a lot of money.
These days are gone.

Sad thing is, I just sat 20min in front of a windows machine of a colleague. Applications were hanging, error reports wanted to be sent and all the **** I'm not missing. So basically Apple can **** with me however they like, I won't go back to this hell for sure.
Hackintosh or whatever will be possible in 4-5 years. Hopefully my new machine will hold that long.

That's not US, but something else - international English I imagine?

"DEU" would be a German keyboard. Did you want US or International English? A US keyboard says "USA" on my end.

I just realised I ordered the 3.1Ghz. I didn't even realise.. ha.

Still processing and coming to London :) - I expect I'll go P4S sometime tonight (morning in China). I'd expect all of these orders to ship at the same time, hopefully tomorrow at some point.

First I've heard of a 'Build To Order' machine being available in a retail store. Are you sure? Maybe the one you're talking about was an in-store pickup that was cancelled or something. I'm pretty sure they don't generally stock BTO product.

Apple's CS is still the best in the industry but they also tend to have some of the most demanding customers as shown by forum threads like this one.

Still no change from P4S here either. This really sucks. I don't believe in Friday anymore, and am flying to the US on Monday morning, so my damned laptop is going to be sitting here waiting for me when I get back! Basically, if they don't arrive until Monday, we'll be getting these units one week after our friends across the Atlantic even though we all ordered within minutes of the Keynote ending. Call it what you will, I call it unfair!

Flagship stores routinely carry the maxxed out configs. I got a maxxed out 13" MBP from a London Apple Store last year. :)

My MacBook Pro 15" with US keyboard has been on preparing for shipment since this morning. I ordered a sleeve from Apple for the Book on Monday... UPS "delivered" the sleeve today... But no one was home. It was a signed shipment and it was signed with unknown initials. Keeping my fingers crossed for the delivery of my MacBook Pro in the coming days! Contacted UPS and Apple about the problem. An investigation has started.

Update: still nothing. My 18-25 window is approaching and I'm still processing... Should I call them? They're probably gonna tell me to chill.
They can't do anything for you, calling them before the 26st has no use at all, only will make you more pissed as they can't do anything. :)

Keep in mind that its a combination thing.
Here in Denmark we could order the Danish, the British and the American layout, but it was also possible to choose which language u wanted the user guide to be in.
So i could order USA layout with Danish user guide. Maybe you have USA layout with German guide? Idk about the specific code though.

Yes, you don't know if it will be transported to Europe by UPS. Just because it was the case for US people, it doesn't mean it's the same for EU. In the past, Apple also used chartered air freight.

My iPhone 7 came with TNT from China via Arnhem to Norway...

We get quite a few options in DE. German, British, French, Swiss French, International English, Russian, Spanish, and US.

The fact you're from Leiden makes me laugh (literally meaning "to suffer" in German)...

So I called Apple Germany...
My Pro 13 inch BTO should be delivered between 15.11 And 22.11.
Support said, it should arrive in time even If I haven't got any Process update until now.

In addition I asked where it will come from: China
Any way to make it faster?: pay with CC next time. That's a bit better

15" BTO Pro status changed early this morning, Ordered not long after keynote beyond excited to get it in my hands!
