After being with DHL delivery courier for 2 days, I've decided to drive up to the DHL Express depot and collect the MacBook myself, DHL just can't keep up with the deliveries.. My advice is if it is laying in the depot close to you then just drive up yourself, definitely worth it for me!

)?I personally called night before, but the parcels leave depot at 9am here in Ireland, I went at 8am when they open just to make sure and my parcel was waiting for me in the office itself, so I would suggest you call just to make sure it waits for you at the depot.. However I don't see why it wouldn't work if you arrive before delivery drivers leave depot. There actually was another guy there in the morning who has not called DHL in advance and they went off into the depot to locate the package for him!

Did you order dongles & when is your ETA ? I think we might be on the same boat. Mine shipped on the 19th and according to apple it arrived to Amsterdam and is waiting to regroup with the dongles.

I'm sorry for you for this waste of time, because of these damn dongles.
Don't worry about the Belgian keyboard, I had the same BEL mention in my invoice (I don't know why), therefore it is a AZERTY keyboard, that is absolutely the same as what should be a French Apple keyboard.
On an another document regarding my MacBook, the keyboard is named as French keyboard.

I also ordered with accessories and mine is coming via Milan, IT. It arrived there on Monday. And was picked up on Tuesday to merge the package with the accessories. Today I received the TNT tracking number and the ETA changed from 29.12. to 23.12.
It is currently in the air again, together with the accessories. I'd still be surprised if it arrives tomorrow in time as I have to leave for Christmas soon.

This afternoon my status changed to "Shipment dispatched" and I got my UPS tracking-ID. I
t'll ship as two separate packages (for whatever reason) Tuesday (27.12.) but is like 50km away now.. too bad.
I'm a bit disappointed.. why on earth did they send it to Prague to bundle it with those two adapters if they send it as two packages anyways...
My MBP was shipped on Wednesday and I am pretty sure it was flown to Amsterdam today as it changed from 'in transit to costumer ...' to 'shipment dispatched' around the time a DHL cargo plane left from PVG to AMS. The plane landed in AMS at 15.47, but nothing has happened since then. I am carefully watching all the tracking options available

But its back at DHL.

I hate when that happens with a regular shipment. But with this it's tragic.

How did you know you'll get two parcels ? Doesn't make any sense; what was the point of regrouping then ...
i got my tracking number yesterday too (TNT, really not a fan of this carrier ...). It arrived in Brussels early today (24/12) and is expected to deliver the 26/12 when I'm not there => woohoo! Not sure if I try to reprogram already the delivery to the day after or if I can convince the people I'm with to get back home earlier to catch ten delivery guy.

At the moment they're in cologne. Delivery date is 27.12.

Any news from your side ? My delivery date is ssupposed to be today but it seems to still be in belgium (as of the 24/12).
