Hey Matteo

I love Europe and rest assured we are working to get the new MacBook Pro into customers' hands as fast as possible.

I hope you're excited to receive it - it really is a revolutionary machine!

Best,
Phil

:p
Yeah, it would be good to receive a reply from him nonetheless! ;):)

Are you sure you are not his PA as that is probably the response word for word. :)

For what it's worth:

Stock 13" MBP ordered an hour afternoon keynote went to PFS this evening.

Shipping to London. Literally couldn't care if it turned up.

1h ago they send me an email because there were not enough money on my CC. Now I've updated my payment information and they immediately charged it.

However, the order is still in processing and the delivery window is the same (25 Nov / 2 Dec). I only hope that they're not going to slow down my order.

P.S. I don't know why I woke up so early, now I try to sleep but with my order still processing is very difficult...

I expected to wake up and see my shipment traveling further towards me, but tracking still shows same info as yesterday 15:20. This is frustrating.
I assume it will not change until next week when they arrive from China.

So yeah, one of the TNT people here, while I'd love to give you some updates I am still completely unable to track anything (none of the numbers are valid or work for me), although the 8 hours have passed which means one of two things, either TNT will also only ship them from NL once Apple has gotten the MacBooks there from China or it is still sitting in the factory in China, all sad and alone waiting for me, it's future owner, to be picked up by TNT, can't say what it is though

Hmm, checking my order online shows "Dispatched" but through the app it says "Shipped" when it was saying "Preparing for Shipment" yesterday.

Still processing for me - BTO 13"
I had ordered a 15" straight after the keynote but then went to watch 'I, Daniel Blake' at the cinema and had a crisis of conscience over spending so much money on a computer...
Cancelled and reordered the 13" about 3 hours after keynote ended.
3-4 weeks - 24th Nov to 1st Dec

Surprise! Checked the order status just a minute ago and now it says P4S!?
Seems to have changed overnight.
It's a BTO stock 15" (dGPU 455) model and the delivery window is 11/24 - 12/1.

From other people's experience it'll take three days to move to the next step. That could mean that I may expect the MBP by the end of next week which would be the beginning of the delivery window...

(EDIT: not a BTO but the stock 15" with the 455)

your order may move to PFS today/tomorrow because my 23-30 order moved to PFS last night

Always lots of trouble with TNT tracking on Apple shipments, have been like this for 10 years

I have the slot 12.12-15.12. so little less than a month to go. :(

Anyway, I was wondering if the delivery dates were as bad in 2012 when the Retina Macbook Pro 15" first launched? I know that Apple always had constrained availability for product launches (I think the iPad Pro was an exception) but this is getting ridiculous? First the iPhone delivery dates (not a new phenomenon but still), then the Airpod delay (which I am all for. I am glad they take the time they need) and now the Macbook Pro delivery dates. Somehow it seems worse than the years before. Is that just a feeling or is it really worse?
