I'm in the 25th-2nd delivery frame, these have been going PFS since yesterday. The other poster I quoted I think is in the netherlands but is waiting on a machine with a non-region keyboard as well, I guess the fact that yours has shipped blows that theory out of the water as well. Strange why hers hasn't shipped already though.

Not a problem. I did notice that my order seemed to hit P4S and Shipped about a day (ish) after others that had a similar delivery timeframe, so the same may happen with yourself. My estimated delivery date of the 25th is also a day outside of the original timeframe given, which was between the 17th and 24th. So it may be that there's a bit of a delay going on with both of our orders and, if people were seeing theirs hit P4S yesterday, you may see yours hit the same some time today. Fingers crossed for you.

Am I the only one already charged but with the order still processing ?

Hopefully the DHL shipments are in transit as well then! It's difficult to not have any tracking until they reach the Netherlands.

Well, My order is also shipped with DHL.
I noticed on the apple website that the status changed to "onderweg naar klant" (on route to client) with the day 18 November behind it.

In the TNT screenshots I see it is shipped on the 18th .. so I start to think:

every order that went to "shipped" yesterday, are all on the same flight. Once in Europe they hand them over to different shipping companies (DHL, UPS, TNT).

Could that make any sense?

Definitely makes sense and is probably what is happening. :)

How did you get the tracking number to work? I've got TNT too and neither Apple CS nor TNT have a traceable number they can provide yet.
On a positive note, in the meantime the Estimated delivery changed from 24th to 23rd :)

In your confirmation/shipment email there should be a number in the right corner like "shipment reference" or something like that, you can use that and the track by reference option in the web interface and it should show, as soon as they picked it up. It will apparently not show up until they have not picked it up unlike other carriers.

13 512/16 3-4 weeks 24nov-1dec still processing

Hi guys
since things are in dhl's hands for many of you and i have been regularly using dhl for quite a while now, let me confirm a few things based on my experience.

dhl first receives data 'electronically' from the company. and as already mentioned it basically means nothing. just that the package will be delivered by dhl once they receive it
it could take hours or days. one never knows. but once dhl receives the package, it will inform you that the packet is processed at the dhl origin center
after that you can follow each step of the paket via online tracking or 'dhl paket' app
one thing is important in online tracking. if you only provide tracking number it will only show two or three updates but if you provide your name and address as well, it will show a detailed process
but the best is dhl paket app. it provide the most details. it also adds all your shipments automatically along with the detailed updates. refreshes automatically as well
the best service from dhl however is 'packstation' where you receive your packet 24/7 but i guess it wont be available outside germany
one last thing dhl shipments move 7 days a weeks and are delivered 6 days a week mon-sat

and yeah, dhl service is super fast at least in germany. delivers mostly next day

From my experience with DHL in the UK, they don't deliver on Saturday's.

That absolutely sounds reasonable, yes. Hopefully, because in that case we can at least keep track on the shipment through our TNT friends here.

if only we could identify that flight from china

there was 5.28pm mentioned in one of the TNT screenshots, only one flight from shanghai leaving at 5.28pm, but it's an Air China passenger flight: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/CCA1865/history/20161118/0855Z/ZSPD/ZGGG

So, I know that with FedEx tracking, the departure timestamps are the exact takeoff time of a plane, but since we don't know how they are shipped .... it's gonna be a guessing game.... sad panda :-(

It's quite common for cargo to be put in to passenger planes, although for a large release I would expect a cargo plane to be leased for it!

It is very likely that the plane has already left. Tracking for these is "bulk scanned" rather than individually as it is loaded onto a plane, etc.

I really hope it gets to DHL at most tomorrow, if so it could arrive by Monday at destination!
If all couriers are delivering as the last leg of this single flight I think there is a good chance it could arrive in Europe today.

Often UPS parcels jump around all sorts of counties en route to the EU - if they've got a humongous shipment coming (nearly every 2-3 weeks order and a **** tonne of store stock) then it could be on a direct plane from Shanghai to Cologne.

A side note for anybody in the UK - DHL/syncreon parcels are taken from NL to Brussels and then flown to East Midlands or Gatwick usually overnight. So I would expect a Monday or Tuesday delivery.
I really, really, really, really hope that it comes on Monday! Oh, did I mention that I really hope that's the case?
