So I have some not so good news for the base 14 crew. What I was told by support isn’t right. You can’t apparently just take the power supply to the Apple Store to swap it and pay the difference. You have to actually return everything and then place another order. As it stands now an order for a base 14 with that power supply would be December. Wish I had better news but wanted to let those of us who got the 67w in the madness and didn’t realize you needed the upgraded power supply for fast charging.
On top of the fact the 96w is sold out everywhere in every Apple Store and online is 2-3 months wait too :/

Did you try and reboot?
Did you turn off Find My?

What happened with the S6? I preordered one too last year.
A ton of people at launch wanted to exchange watch bands without returning both the S6 and watch band and Apple wouldn't let people do that at launch. They resolved it quite quickly after launch, if I recall correctly.
