It must have been a glitch somewhere and the apple rep you spoke to was completely bonkers. I’ve used that page for years, and other than it being slow to populate on pre-order days—rarely, I’ve never had a problem with ordering anything. I’m sorry that you felt that way.Yes, I am still in major disbelief over the whole process. Honestly I think it is hogwash. It was my first time using the Veterans and Military Purchase program, although I first logged into ID.me in 2019. Now I will be lucky to see my order in December, very disappointing.

When I spoke with Apple earlier today I told them that as a veteran they made me feel like a 2nd class citizen. I also told Apple the 10% discount wasn't worth the hours of time I have spent trying to get a valid explanation for using the program, and that in retrospect, I wished I never utilized it.
