@LFC2020 Feeling any better??

I’m still going to test out the battery/charging issue this weekend. It seems as though it’s not affecting everyone (16”)?
I’ll be interested to see how my little experiment will turn out.

Beach has been fun… but can’t wait to get home to my puppy dogs and my 14” CTO MBP! It was delivered Monday and I can’t wait to start using it!

Anyone here ever ordered an Apple computer from Amazon? They have the base 16-inch in stock, normally I order from B&H but this might be the first time I do it on Amazon.
 
Is there a specific number for both the supervisor and the international shipping department?

I’m in the exact same boat as @DB294 unfortunately. Yet another week and now weekend without an inch of movement or updates at all. Still stuck in the lovely city of ZhengZhou.

I want to talk to somebody who can tell me something *actually* useful.

What were your original shipping dates?
I can help you with the # 1-877-903-9001. As soon as they answer, they ask for your routing #. I even received the email with all the steps in filing a claim, but as soon as I told him it was an Apple computer, everything changed. He told me that I would need to contact Apple. They have some kind of agreement or understanding that all claims for their products, must go thru them.

Even if I filed the claim listing the item, it would be kicked out and I would be told to contact Apple. Again, that is what I was told Luckily, mine left China last night and is in Inchon with an expected 11/9 delivery
 
Again, my deepest apologies for being on topic and not contributing to the odd and frankly useless banter clogging up what could have been a useful thread, but:

After 8 days in ZZ, there's been a jailbreak and my order has just moved to Korea.

It's sad when I get more and better information from Reddit than here...

So does everyone have to wait a long time for their shipment to leave ZhengZhou?

Because my shipment just ARRIVED at ZhengZhou like 6 hours ago... :(

Yesterday, my MBP was in Korea.

Today it’s at my local UPS facility preparing for delivery. Still says it’s coming today but that may be tomorrow/Monday. I hope others get movement on theirs soon - and if not, call Apple and complain. The wait times for newer machines are only going to increase as the holiday season starts.

He also made me look like a fool with the Sierra blue iPhone 🤦‍♂️😂 he posted a photo of the pacific blue iPhone saying it's the Sierra blue iPhone, then corrected himself later on. Bit late buddy, when I've already put it up on MacRumors. 🙄
